If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days. Day of the Dead, also known as Dias de los Muertos, honors our loved ones who have passed on. As a lover of all things Halloween, October 31st has always been my favorite holiday. Now each year a celebration of one day becomes three, extending to November 2nd honoring lost family members, specifically my aunty Sue.
