Pope Francis: Wants Investigation into Genocide in Gaza.. Content Warning.
Popes had more authority than what they do today. In medieval times, the Pope could call a crusade and it would happen. Starmer Learning From Kamala's Defeat.. Content Warning.
What can Labour learn from the defeat of their equivalent in the US, the Democrats? Kamala did for a while, give new life to the Democratic POTUS campaign. It knocked Trump's campaign off track. UAP/UFO Hearing.
For years humans have wondered whether we are alone in the universe. Down the years many have claimed to see alleged craft or even beings from somewhere else. Many poo-poo these stories as hallucinations, fakers, or delusional. While many encounters can be put down to the above, some- cannot be easily disproved. Many rational people from ordinary folk to trained pilots, have seen something. Scientists, journalists and others have taken these phenomena seriously.

Should Sunak Have Waited?. Content Warning.
When Mr. Sunak announced in May he was calling an election on 4 July many could not believe it. As the former Prime Minister suggested, he would hold the election at the back end of the year. Some thought he would hold the election in November. As Sunak stood there in the pouring rain announcing the election, the rain seemed like a bad omen. Voters on the 4 July rejected him en mass and rained on his parade ending his reign. After much soul-searching and licking their wounds, the Tories elected a new leader. Kemi Badenoch is yet another female leader who has been likened to (again) Mrs. T (Thatcher). Before her May and Truss were likened to Thatcher and where are they now?

Trump: On NATO.
Trump during his last term in office was always pulling out of this or that. If he didn't think anything was worth the US's time or money, he pulled out. Trump famously pulled out of the nuclear agreement between the West and Iran. Trump thought the deal let Iran off the hook. So Trump pulled the US out of the deal which was championed by Obama. Trump then hit Iran with heavy sanctions which crippled its economy. The sanctions hurt ordinary Iranians more than top officials as sanctions sadly do.

Sir Keir in France.
Yesterday in the UK the nation remembered the fallen of two world wars and wars since. To remember all those members of the armed services who had given their lives in conflicts. All across the nation from the Cenotaph in London to similar shrines like the Cenotaph similar events happened. While it is a shame that humans still seek to resolve differences through mass killing (war), you have to respect the actions of the armed forces. It is governments that fall out not the people. While we may question the motivations of war you must respect the bravery of the armed forces past and present.
