Starmer and Musk Are At It Again!. Content Warning.
As the end of the year approaches, Keir Starmer and Elon Musk are spatting again! What's their beef with each other this time? Musk said businesses do not want to invest in the UK. That is because under Keir Starmer's "current administration" (Musk's words) the climate is not right for investment. In a business meeting with investors in September Musk was not invited.

2025 Should Be Calm for Politics?
What a momentous year UK politics and world politics have been. We had the general election in July. Rishi 'Wishy Washy' Sunak and his Conservatives after 14 years were booted out of office. People wanted change and Sir Keir Starmer and the Labour Party won a huge election victory! Starmer's victory was likened to Tony Blair's victory in 1997. The Labour right or at least the centre ground of the Labour Party is back in control. Labour gained a 400-odd majority. The Tories were reduced to 121 seats, the Lib Dems gained 72, Reform UK 5, and the Greens 3.

XL Bullie Dogs.. Content Warning.
The issue of XL Bullie dogs has been controversial. The dog as a breed has lovers and haters. To some, the dog is Frankenstein's mindless monster intent on only destruction. To others, the dog's bark is worse than its bite. It is one of those issues which will forever divide supporters and haters.

The Fall of Assad and Christians.. Content Warning.
While Assad's backers have been fighting external enemies Syrian opposition forces have quickly taken control of Damascus. The opposition forces are mostly led by groups that had or still have links to groups like Al-Qaeda and Islamic State. Despite the Leader of Hayat Tahir al-Sham (HTS) saying they and he have changed. The leader of this group is dressing like Vlodymir Zelenskyy wearing green khaki and trimming his beard. Reflecting the fact that he and his group are not so extremist. In a mosque in Damascus, the HTS leader said he would represent all Syrians regardless of ethnicity or faith. The rebels of various factions have formed a new administration. Whether this coalition will last remains to be seen.

Agreement Between Germany and The UK.. Content Warning.
Since the Labour government came to power on July 4, 20,000 people have arrived in the UK. Some say it's more like 20,110 either way, there's not much in it. Labour has committed to bringing down the migrant crossing. Also, making an impact on tackling the people traffickers. Labour will or has set up a so-called 'Boarder Command'. This force will cooperate with the National Crime Agency, and other groups to achieve this.

Badenoch Became Working Class?. Content Warning.
When Kemi Badenoch became the first black female leader of a political party, the Tories felt so cosy inside. They had a warm glow saying "Look how inclusive we are a female leader and a black one to boot"! However, don't be fooled, identity politics is not for Ms. Badenoch. She is a darling of the right and you would be foolish to think otherwise.

Punk Musk and Trump.. Content Warning.
The picture I have posted above looks like a Sid Vicious Elon Musk. Punk was and is all about shaking things up and a 'D-I-Y' mentality. Whether you admire Musk or loathe him he is a person who does all of the above. The billionaire has his own electric car company, Tesla. His Sattelite communication network and his Space-X company. Co-operating with NASA his mission is to send humans to Mars and establish the first colony. Though of course, many of the colonists will be rich. It will be a long time before the likes of you and I ever set foot on the Red Planet. Musk is like the proverbial character of David Bowie's "The Man Who Fell To Earth". An alien who came here to save his planet using Earth's resources and go home. Some jokingly and realistically question Musk's origins. Is he a real alien who fell to Earth? A Martian even, hence his obsession with "Occupying Mars" as his t-shirts proclaim. Alien or not, he likes to keep people guessing. He is South African but an American citizen now. Alien or Earthman, Musk for better or worse is a phenomenon of our times.

Zelenskyy in Conversation.
Now Ukraine has fired 'ATACMS' and 'Storm Shadow' missiles into Russia some say it is "Too little, too late"! In other words, the Ukrainians should have been allowed to fire these projectiles earlier in the war. Would it have made any difference though? Biden and Starmer did not allow their use in Russia because they were cautious of Vlad The Invader's reaction. And so it has come to pass, in response to these Western missiles hitting Russia, Russia hit Ukraine with hypersonic missiles. These missiles carry multiple warheads and cannot be shot down. Russia has hit Ukraine's energy grid knocking off line power to thousands of Ukrainian citizens. Putin has also lowered the threshold now so he can easily use his nukes if needs be.
