People with phenylketonuria are treated with a low protein diet; being left untreated can result in seizures, brain damage, behaviour problems, and more. Pick up your activity levels, and you burn more calories. Both these ideas are, honestly, the way to lose weight. However, you need to right steps for reducing calories and becoming more active. Sometimes, we think we're cutting calories, but we aren't. Counting calories is harder than you might think. And some activities don't burn as many calories as you think.
