astronomy
Celestial objects and the phenomena that surrounds them. What lies above the earth forever out of reach. From moons, to stars, galaxies, and beyond.
Bullheaded
When I was in my senior year all the girls in my homeroom decided to get tattoos. It became a trend that after they turned eighteen, they would come in the next day with their zodiac permanently inked into their bodies. At the time, I didn't even know what my zodiac was, but seeing as they all found it cool enough to 'vandalize' their bodies with it I decided to do some research.

What's Your Sign?
Looking up at the sun, moon and stars have been a marvel for millions of people. It all seems to be the unspoken eighth wonder in our world. They can give you a feeling of insignificance and purpose at the same time. For many people, the stars and sky hold the deepest secrets within our universe that we can only dream of fully understanding.

Horiscope: Pack Animal
Well, before I tell you about my sign I want to tell you a little bit about me. This way you can make an informed decision on whether or not the sign matches me. I am 35 years old. Life has been hard for me but I try to understand everyone's side of everything. I know that in a conflict both sides have a view point and to some extent both sides are right. Let's be honest from their prospective they are right. If they did not feel that they were right they would not fight. Though, I do acknowledge that some people tend to just like to fight to fight. Although in most cases my own family were not great to me; when I started a family of my own I decided I would do whatever it takes to protect and take care of them. I work many jobs to try to take care of my family. I love to be around trees and greenery. I enjoy being creative through writing, painting, drawing and occasionally crafts. I often ask for the advise of others to try to get a bigger picture of the situation; although I do not always follow the advise.

Differences
Everyone has a moon sign, and are born with a specific moon. What I mean is, an individual when they are born, they are born on one half of the moon chart (1st quarter, waxing gibbous, full, or waning gibbous). Or the other half (3rd quarter, waning crescent, new, or waxing crescent). This is the newest thing I've learned about birth charts.

A Break Down of My Personality That No One Asked For. Second Place in In the Stars Challenge.
I'll admit it, I kind of have an obsession with personality tests. I happen to know that I am a Type 3, INTP Slytherin. And what have I done with this information? Besides using it to come up with cool aesthetics, not a damn thing. But do I still click on every single Buzzfeed personality quiz that I see? Hell yeah.

In The Stars Challenge
It’s no longer a quirky question. Astrology is officially become mainstream, and checking astrology apps has become part of our morning routines. It only makes sense to wonder: what’s the deal with this cosmic art? What can we learn from connecting to the cosmos and understanding our birth charts? If you’re feeling astro-curious, I’m going to break down some of the basics.

November 21, Scorpio
According to my star sign as determined by my natal chart: Scorpios are known for their intensity. They are determined folk that absolutely throw themselves into whatever they do -- but getting them to commit to something is rarely an easy task. In fact, it's better not to even try to "get them" to do anything. Solar Scorpios absolutely have their own mind. Their primary motivation is unlikely to be prestige or even authority -- it's real power. Their power can absolutely be of the "behind the scenes" variety, just as long as they have it.

VIRGO OR LIBRA?
There is no clear divide when you are born on the cusp of two star signs. My birthdate is the twenty-second of September and depending on where you read, I am either a Virgo, a Libra or a Late Virgo with Libra traits. It doesn’t sound like the simplest way of identifying who I am as a person, and growing up, whenever anyone asked, I would say ‘Virgo’ but when you really get down to the individual traits or persona of myself, you start to wonder.

Life As A Capricorn
For as long as I have known what a Capricorn was, I have been condemned for being one. It's been used as an insult by most, "Oh, of course you're stubborn, you're a Capricorn." Rarely has it ever been seen as something good. Capricorns are known as hard-headed, stubborn, work obsessed control freaks... and to those who don't understand us, I guess it could come off that way.

A Pisces at Heart
POSITIVE TRAITS: Some positive traits of the Pisces zodiac are; Empathetic, Artistic, Selfless, and Emotional. All of these apply to me. My artistry comes out majority of the time in my writing. Something I am going to school for Creative Writing. I've loved writing since about 2014, and have gotten better as time passed. I even finished my first novel.
