Lisa Nandy: Bothered by All White Male List.
Labour has selected candidates for upcoming by-elections. David Beale is contesting Boris' seat in Uxbridge, Alistair Strathern is contesting Nadine Dorries' seat (though she has yet to resign), Neil Guild is doing the same in Somerton and Frome, and Michael Shanks for Rutherglen and Hamilton West.

Sunak: There is Still Hope! (Really?)
The cost of living is going through the roof. We are all feeling it in our purses, wallets, accounts, etc. Unless you are in a certain financial bracket like Prime Minister Rishi Sunak or Chancellor Jeremy Hunt. These men, even if they tried, cannot possibly understand, the plight of ordinary folk as they struggle to put food on the table. Sunak is the richest MP and probably the richest Prime Minister ever. He and his other half Akshata Murty, enjoy a lifestyle most of us will never see. Wishy-Washy Boy is richer than King Charles III. As Sir Keir pointed out to him at Prime Minister's Questions: "How can you possibly understand what people are going through? When you are hovering in your private helicopter looking down on those struggling on the ground".

Sir Keir: Offering Himself As Alternative to Tories and SNP.
Sir Keir has never had it so good. With both his primary opponents in meltdown and turmoil. Rishi Sunak has the ghost of Boris and other events. Humza Yousaf has the turmoil of his former mentor Nicola Sturgeon. Sir Keir has never had a greater time to position himself as the UK's next Prime Minister.

Sir Keir: Pros and Cons of AI.
Rishi Sunak spoke about the looming revolution last week that AI will bring. Sunak was highlighting the dangers AI could pose. Sunak also waxed lyrical about how he wants the UK to be a hub of AI and tech achievement. So should that be a 6th proposal to go along with his already 5 proposals? Perhaps not achievable in the time he has left as Prime Minister. Bearing in mind that a general election is getting closer and closer.

Boris: Resigns That's It.
Who would have thought that the career of one the most controversial MPs would have ended like this? Boris Johnson the MP for Uxbridge (or should I say ex-MP) was someone you either loved or loathed. Boris's greatest triumph perhaps was when he won a landslide in 2019. However, had it not been for the issue of Breixt would Boris have won? Or indeed, have an 80-seat majority in parliament?

Proof Iran is Sending Russia Arms?
We've heard the news that a bridge has been blown. Was it the Russians in a bid to stop the beginning of a much-talked-about Ukrainian offensive? Or was it the Ukrainians themselves? Such is the fog of war. A tactic used in WWII and in all subsequent conflicts since. The question has to be asked though why would the Ukrainians blow a bridge to stop their own forces? It would probably make more sense for the Russians to blow the bridge to stop said Ukrainian onslaught. Answers may be clearer later on or alternatively, they may not.

Tories Accused of Piling Pressure on Broken System.
Universal Credit was the flagship benefits shakeup introduced by the then Department of Works and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith. In theory, the idea was a good idea. Replacing many benefits into one benefit. Claimants have to wait 5 weeks until they can access the first monthly payment. If they cannot wait they can ask for an advance payment. When their first payment comes through they have to pay it back.

Suella Could Succeed Sunak.
It seems the writing is on the wall for Sunak. In the beginning, Sunak said his regime would be whiter than white, purer than pure, open and transparent. All this he said when he became Tory leader and Prime Minister. This was on the heels of the disastrous time of Boris the Clown being Prime Minister. Boris's time in office has to be one of the worst times if not the worst time in British political history.
