The Blues Brothers: Same Blue Suits.
Trump and Netanyahu stood like two twins. Both were dressed in blue suits, white shirts, and red ties. They looked like they were entertainment managers at some British holiday camp like Butlins. The chemistry between them seemed warm and jovial as always.

Netanyahu Recognises Somaliland.. Content Warning.
Benjamin Netanyahu has formally recognised Somaliland as an autonomous and independent nation. Somalia has responded angrily, saying the recognition of this area of Somalia was an "unlawful step". Somalia continued that this was "a deliberate attack" on its sovereignty. Also, labelling the Israeli recognition of Somaliland as "illegal aggression". And that it was "contrary to established legal and diplomatic rules". The European Union has called for "meaningful dialogue between Somalia and Somaliland". The US says it recognises only the territorial integrity of Somalia with Somaliland as part of Somalia.

Sky News Crew in Caracas.
A third of the US Navy is sitting just offshore from Venezuela. The huge task force sent by Trump is supposed to be interdicting drug vessels. Trump holds Maduro responsible for shipping drugs like fentanyl into the US. The US Navy has destroyed alleged drug boats, killing the crews, it is alleged, in the water. Certainly, if this is the case, Peter Hegseth is totally unrepentant.

The BBC Asked For It.
The BBC, when it doctored Trump's speech, knew exactly what it was doing. When Trump stood at the podium and told his followers, "To fight like hell"! The next moment, his followers stormed the Capitol Building in Washington. This is where the US Congress meets to certify the results of a presidential election. His followers stormed the building to disrupt the certification that Joe Biden had won.

Netanyahu: Exploiting Bondi Beach Attack?. Content Warning.
Let me be clear here, the attack on Bondi Beach by two Muslim killers with telescopic rifles on a Hannukkah or Festival of Lights gathering on Bondi Beach was evil. Jewish Australians had gathered on the famous beach to celebrate this religious festival, as is the right of every faith to celebrate its festivals. A father and son team with alleged links to the Islamic State took potshots as Jews dove for cover. A brave Muslim man, a former Syrian policeman, wrestled a gun off one of the attackers, the Father in this case. The attackers were a father and son team. Although some suspect a third man may have been involved. The Muslim man Ahmed al Ahmed is now in the hospital recovering from bullet wounds to his hand and arm.

The Felling of The Tree at Sycamore Gap.
The above tree is famous. First and foremost, as it stands in a gap between two hills with Hadrian's Wall as a background, it featured in the movie "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" starring Kevin Costner and Morgan Freeman. Many others have come to see the tree and be at one with nature. It attracts many tourists, and it is a favourite amongst photographers because of its natural setting and beauty. Plus, those who come to see Harian's Wall come across or know already about the famous tree at Sycamore Gap. So, this tree is not only famous but gives locals and visitors pleasure in just being there beside the tree.

Anthony Albanese: Ban on Social Media for Teens.
For a long time, I have felt there should be a ban on young people under 16 having access to social media. One Australian advocate and supporter, Wayne Holdsworth, lost his son due to malicious events on social media. Mr. Holdsworth described the ban as "As a start". Mr. Holdsworth became an age restriction advocate after losing his son, as described. Mr. Holdsworth is not the only one backing the ban. Many Australian families have also backed Prime Minister Albanese's ban. I think from a moral point of view, it is a good thing. However, as Mr. Albanese has pointed out, "It will not be easy".

Radoslaw Sikorski: Responds to Musk.
Elon Musk, tech billionaire, entrepreneur, and would-be Martian, posted derogatory comments about the European Union. Even displaying the EU flag with a Swastika in the middle of the European Stars, calling the European Union "The Fourth Reich". Musk thinks the EU should be abolished and there should be a looser association of member countries. Musk believes that EU regulations stop freedom of speech.

Not in Education, Not in Employment, Not in Training: Neets.
From 2026, the government will be introducing a new programme supposed to help 16-24 year olds into work. There have been, under various governments of the past, both Conservative and Labour, similar schemes that allegedly help youngsters into work. One remembers the YTS scheme or Youth Training Scheme of the 1980s. This programme was delivered by Margaret Thatcher, and young people were given work placements in various fields. 16 - 24 year olds back then received £25.00 a week, which in those days was a lot of money. Of course, by today's standards, that is peanuts. I was part of this programme, and I cannot say it helped me. However, other people's experiences may differ from that time.

Farage: Will He, Won't He?
Nigel Farage has said publicly he would never do a deal with Kemi Badenoch's Conservative Party. The reason he gives is that he feels betrayed by the Conservative Party. Boris Johnson won the 2019 general election, and the Brexit Party (now Reform UK) stood down candidates in order for the Conservatives to win seats. Farage backed Boris because Johnson said he was going to get "Brexit done", as Farage wanted to get Brexit done too. However, Johnson's Brexit deal wasn't the deal that Farage signed up for. Hence, Farage said publicly, "No deal with the Conservatives"!!!

Female Violence on Men.
You hear much about the violence against women in various forms, and rightly so. Women statistically are more likely to be victims of violence by men than the other way round. However, there is underreported violence against men by women. Most men, because of the macho, silverback culture that males are told and brought up in, are afraid to report violence by their female partner. When men are told to man up, most men are scared of ridicule by other males when they report violence by women. So, consequently, men live in a world where they appease their female abuser.
