CFL Week 18 Recap: The Wild, Wild West
I bring good news to my fellow American CFL fans: the Grey Cup is again airing on CBS Sports Network here in the States. This is Year Three of the Canadian Football League's relationship with CBS Sports Network, after several years on the ESPN networks, which in turn, followed their years on the now-defunct NBC Sports Network. Ever since the CFL first hit CBS Sports Network, games that don't air on the channel air on a stream site known as CFL+, which is for fans in the U.S. and other countries outside of Canada. 2023 saw the entire playoffs (including the Grey Cup) air on CFL+, but last year saw the Grey Cup air on CBSSN.

It's always fun when a league enters a new month. MLB in October means postseason and the road to a championship. October means the beginning in the NBA and NHL. Even in the Canadian Football League, October is the home stretch. In the NFL, October starts the end of the "it's early" talks. While it's still too early to panic, it's a tad too late to take things for granted. Don't believe me? Ask the Buffalo Bills and the Philadelphia Eagles.
