Why Are So Many Young People Investing in Cryptocurrency?
The ancestors of cryptocurrency date back at least as far as 1982, when David Chaum founded the DigiCash company and invented "ecash." However, the modern era of decentralized cryptocurrency began in 2009 with the advent of Bitcoin, which remains the standard by which all other digital currency is measured. Today, there are more young people investing in cryptocurrency than any other age bracket. Not only is the Millennial generation financially invested in cryptocurrency, it is also mentally invested in moving beyond the existing financial systems of the world. In other words, the younger generation is more willing to accept the risks of working with a relatively young market rather than maintain the current status quo.

Halloween Horrorthon 2018 - The Finalists
Hello one and all. So, it's 2018 and I'm laying a few key choices for which movies to watch on the eve of all Saints. As I did last year, I managed to add a new movie, which was the defacto belated sequel, Jigsaw which really should've died along with the torture porn craze that it started with. No big surprise, the one on everyone's lips is the David Gordon Green reboot of Halloween which is said to be a direct 40-year-old sequel to the classic 1978 John Carpenter classic which is also bypassing all of the franchise films in between. We will see if that film makes the cut as the final one in my annual horrorthon.

Chocolate: Guilty Pleasure or Innocent Until Proven Guilty?
TRY to imagine a world without chocolate. No more hot chocolate, hot fudge, or red velvet. Almost every type of sweet food can incorporate chocolate. The local grocery stores are filled with chocolate cakes, chocolate cookies, chocolate ice cream, and much more. On Valentine’s Day, Halloween, and even Easter, chocolate reigns as the top choice for sweets to be distributed. It is no argument that the world loves chocolate. The argument rises when it comes to whether or not that love is beneficial to our health. For many people, chocolate can be a “guilty pleasure” or something they eat on the cheat days of their diets. This is because it is mainly seen and appreciated for its sugary contents. When chocolate is seen in a healthy light, it is always dark chocolate that gets the shine. Milk chocolate is always left behind in the shadows and deemed as the “unhealthy” chocolate. However, recent studies suggest that maybe milk chocolate isn’t as unhealthy as previously assumed and can maybe even hold a candle to dark chocolate when it comes to health benefits. Although milk chocolate shouldn’t become your new go-to healthy snack, hopefully, you won’t feel so guilty and like you’re doing your body injustice when you splurge and eat that chocolate bar.

Looking Forward to Legendary 'Dune'
Dune, Frank Herbert's 1965 science fiction masterpiece and the series that followed, should be the cinematic master series of the 21st century. In a cinema culture dominated by the continuing Star Wars series and the ever-present Marvel Cinematic Universe and DC Expanded Universe, Herbert's Dune series stands with at least seven possible main series movies and even more prequels and expansions already written by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson. Herbert's legends represent a much beloved yet mostly untapped potential pool of multimedia products. With Legendary Entertainment's acquisition of film rights, we may well stand to get the first successful film adaptation of this epic saga.

Best Cameras for Landscape and Street Photography
Landscape and street photography are about immortalizing the beauty of a moment or scene, whether it be capturing the perfect beach sunset or right in the center of an urban city. While these moments and images can be captured, superficially, by just about any camera, truly encapsulating the beauty of a single moment or scene takes special equipment. These moments are why photographers want to make sure they are using the best cameras for landscape and street photography, so they can be sure to capture all the right details. While there are many good options for photographers though, the best cameras are going to have certain, specific features that lend themselves to these specific kinds of photography.

Let Your Voice Shine in Podcasting
Before a career in podcasting, I started off as a vlogger and blogger. I worked tirelessly and diligently as I would make videos and write entries to captivate one's attention. Vlogging and blogging did generate income and help me build my brand, but with the increasing number of bloggers and vloggers on various outlets, I became disenchanted and felt that I had to compete viciously in order to stay relevant.

Future of Juventus FC
Today, Juventus are taking on Benfica in the International Champions Cup. Fans will probably neither witness the eagerly awaited debut of Cristiano Ronaldo in the white and black shirt, nor will they see the top players of the club perform, but Juventus will be a team any neutral soccer supporter must follow in the upcoming season.

The Day My Cats Hijacked the Computer
My four whiskerlicking cats like to hang out in my upstairs office. One afternoon, having finished my paperwork, I took my Westie, Brandi, out for a walk. Leaving the computer on and shutting the door behind me, I went downstairs and, with scruffy canine on her leash, started out of the house.

Legendary Band, Great Music That Is Queen
As soon as I heard the song “These Are the Days of Our Lives” I fell head over heels in love with the music of Queen. I had heard their songs on the radio but hadn’t taken the time to really listen to them until this particular song. Even now I enjoy watching videos of Queen through YouTube and watching Freddie Mercury’s dynamite performances always brings a tear to my eye. He was such a great talent and certainly much too young to be taken from this world but the music of Queen and the videos keep him alive and in our minds and in our hearts.

Freedom on Alcatraz Island
The once-familiar sounds of doors clanging shut did not make me cringe or dredge up suppressed memories. Instead, they had the curious effect of bringing me a sense of peace. Integrating a difficult past into a present inextricably intertwined with a single impulsive action committed long ago can be hard. Many people that have been to prison allow their imprisonment to become their identity; you become known as a felon when convicted. Yet the process of reintegration after a long stretch of incarceration often means reconciling the two. And it was this reconciliation that took place during my recent trip to Alcatraz.

A Theory of Wireless Electricity
We discuss the revitalization and development of wireless electricity technologies within our generation. The goal is to show that society is developing wireless technology cautiously and ethically as opposed to the blind pursuit of technology demonstrated by our past. We achieve this goal by examining the various power generating and consumer electronics applications in use or planned use, by developed nations. We reviewed the concept of wireless electricity against the following areas: political and legal issues, economics, psychology and sociology, culture and the media, environmental implications, morality, and ethics.

The Only Female Comic in the Room
To the men that I share the stage with, know that I don't hate all of you. Some of you are very, very funny and I admire your work. I would even go as far as to say that I would be honored to collaborate with you someday, if you will have me of course. You know what? I think some of you are up there with George Carlin! Dave Chappelle! Bill Burr! Joan Rivers—oh, sorry, of course not... Steve Martin!
