You can't Manifest a Mercedes
When many of us think of manifesting we think of someone sitting in a room, surrounded by crystals, meditating their way into utter success. But, what if I told you that we manifest the good things into our lives by correcting the behaviors and the environment that exists right now? While there is something to be said for maintaining a positive position, making time for meditation, and creating focused goals. The idea that you can simply sit and wish for something, without changing your actions or the environment around you, is about as attainable as touching the Sun.

Biorhythms Meditation Can Change Your Life
When I was four, I could not talk like the other kids; all I did was make sounds and point at things I wanted. My parents knew, having had my sister, that this is not normal behaviour for a four-year-old kid. No parents want to have the test done on the own child, but my parents family friends said that I needed to get tested as I was not reaching the milestones that a four-year-old should be. That faithful day my parents took me to get tested. The psychologist told my parents that I had dyspraxia and autism. Dyspraxia a brain-based disorder that affects fine and gross motor skills, coordination, and motor planning. Autism a developmental disorder that impairs the ability to communicate and interact. Now lots of things are known about both conditions, but back in 2002, there was not much. The uphill battle was now beginning on fighting my way to try to do what I love, which was science. Fighting my way to go into mainstream school and trying to be at the top of the class was hard work.

Biorhythms The Perfect Meditation Program
The biorhythm theory is a pseudoscientific concept that our everyday lives are immensely influenced by rhythmic cycles with exact periods of 23, 28, and 33 days; physical, emotional, and intellectual cycles, respectively. BioRhythm is a virtual self-help program that enlightens people on the alterations they can implement in their lives to enhance their future triumph in life. It is an accurate, tested, and powerful program that can reveal to you vividly what the future has in store for you and how to embrace more of it; this is according to New Chicago, IL, on August 18th, 2020.

Meditate To Become Great
Personally, I have never seen the benefits or reasoning behind meditation. Sitting there with legs bent, feet touching one another, eyes closed, along with palms facing upwards and resting on one's knees, all whilst sitting there in silence and solitude, was never something I ever considered doing. I was always happy just to pause for a moment, and have some quiet time to myself, maybe just browsing through my phone, or listening to music, rather than doing the meditation stuff. Plus, I always had to be doing something, as I was never one to just sit still. That was how I spent my time away from the world, and all the dramas of life. Last week, however, I tried meditation for the first time, as it was highly recommended to me by someone successful and professional, to assist with my personal development, my mindset, my thought process, my awareness, and my behavior. Even though it always looked a strange practice to me, I knew it was something I needed to actually try for myself, and overcome that discomfort, as I continually want to better myself as an individual. Even just a week of trialing it, I have already found it to be extremely powerful and beneficial, and have certainly changed my opinion towards it. Like I had previously felt, there are undoubtedly many people worldwide who would see meditation as a bit of a waste of time, something that wouldn't be in any way helpful or beneficial, something that wouldn't yield results, and something that is just a little weird and uncomfortable to do personally. In fact, a lot of people would simply state that they barely even have time to scratch their nose, let alone spend 10 minutes of their day meditating.

Dream Meditation In An Underwater Paradise
I have always preferred the realm of dreams to real life. As a fairly active dreamer I’ve always felt that I have more control of my dream worlds than I have in waking life. Real life is messy and unpredictable. Countless variables stand in the way of our goals and our passions. The weight of reality can weigh very heavily on our shoulders. Through my dreams I have been on countless adventures over the years, but I always return to one special dream scape to find peace and solace in turbulent times. I invite you to consider this as a guided meditation. We all need a quiet place to breath and heal. Join me in a safe haven to retreat and centre yourself when you need a moments rest from the daily grind.

Using The Calm App To Destress Your Mind
This past year has been rough for all of us, including me. We have had to find new ways to live life, which was not easy for many of us. In this case, our minds have been full of stress ranging from paying bills to keeping food on the table. I will admit I have been stressed a lot, but now I am slowly getting back on my feet along with others as well. When we stress our minds we often tend to worry too much, or maybe even forget things. There are times when it becomes hard to find time for meditation and there are times where we do not know how to meditate our minds.
