My Thoughts on the Anime Civil War
I have many thoughts on the whole Funimation business that all started with HanLeia's accusation against Vic Mignogna. It has been eight, almost nine, months since this whole mess started. There have been many things that came out just in the last month that has changed the entire situation. I think Vic is innocent of the things he has been accused of. HanLeia accused Vic of being a sexual predator and that he had been inappropriate with her, and with another woman in an elevator and it made her uncomfortable. She then later said that he had married a 16 year old in Las Vegas, which is completely FALSE! That was another former voice actor by the name of Illich Guardiola. He had fled with his bride to Las Vegas to marry with the consent of the girl's mother. Investigators suspect to cover up any premarital relations. Okay, the first attack was proven false.

Disney Plus Streaming Service
Unless you've been hiding from the internet, you've probably heard about Disney's new streaming service that is set to launch soon. I know what you may be thinking, "just another streaming service I have to pay for," however, this one is going to be worth it.

How Con-Langing Is Taking the Geek World by Storm
What Is Con-Langing? Simply put it's a portmanteau, or word made from combining two words. In that case those words are "constructed," and "language." So it refers to the process of making a language and all of the linguistic rules that go with it. This is a bit different from babbling to yourself and specifically refers to languages that have defined rules, could actually be learned by a human, and are capable of being recorded. This means that things like "speaking in tongues", "reconstructed dead tongues," and anything else that doesn't fit the above definition is not included.

Sanders Sidekicks
What do you get when you put a few enthusiastic fanders from different parts of the world into a Skype session? You get the new podcast Sanders Sidekicks. An idea led by Michelle Brennan on Twitter, "Sanders Sidekicks" is a podcast where fans of Thomas Sanders as well as the series Sanders Sides discuss what comes to mind when it comes to particular characters, head canons, theories, and so much more. Also, some of the things that are included in the podcast are a "Fact of the Day" as a dedication to Logan, the Sanders Side who functions as the personification of Thomas's logical thinking, and a "Joke of the Day" as a dedication to Patton, the Sanders Side who functions as the personification of Thomas's heart, morals, and paternal instincts (complete with dad jokes).

A Look Back: 10 of 2018's Biggest Box Office Disappointments
There has been some great content coming out for television, as well as streaming services, and the world of cinema continues to put out some fantastic titles. But not every release that makes its way to the big screen results in financial glory, and some don’t even make a profit. There is one term studios want to avoid like the plague when it comes to how their films finish up monetarily at the box office.
