Netflix vs. Movie Theaters
Being entertained is something people look forward to daily. Many businesspeople noticed so they took the initiative to satisfy the audience by creating entertainment services. Netflix and movie theatres are two resources people use for enjoyment. Netflix is a streaming service where people watch content such as movies and television shows. The business has expanded since it first came out in 1997. Initially, it was rent by mail company and was only available in America. A movie theatre is a place that is open to the public where you can sit back, relax, and watch a movie. They have been here for over a century. John P. Harris and Harry Davis were the first people to open the common type of movie theatre in 1905. From Netflix to movie theatres, both entertainment outlets have differences in availability, cost, and recreation that are beneficial to audiences.

Hello Cabaret
‘Hello Cabaret returned to Sophia Gardens on Sunday night for the third year running, performing their cabaret in the park, closing the first weekend of the Everyman Open Air Theatre Festival (on until the 3rd August). The show promises ‘popular show tunes, spellbinding stories and hidden gems performed under the stars’, and for the most part, does not disappoint. There is something magical about twilight in summer, watching the sun go down whilst talented performers entertain an audience should be a staple in everyone’s diaries, and this show, if you are a fan of any musical theatre, is the one for you.

Diversify your queue. Second Place in ICYMI Challenge.
1. She-Ra and the Princesses of Power Not the cartoon from the 80’s, the reboot created by Noelle Stevenson. Gone are the clunky predictable He-Man spin-off cookie cutter stories. Instead, we get a full ensemble of women. Not since Orange is the New Black have I seen this many female characters that all feel and look DIFFERENT from each other. The show does not rely on stereotypes, in fact shattering so many. For a show that has a lot of fun transforming Adora into She-ra, it has equal parts depth of story and character arc. Add to that, a precisely planned 5 seasons that fit together like puzzle pieces and build off each other. If only Noelle Stevenson could build a time machine and sit down with the writers of Lost.

The Humor in Infomercials
It was late at night. I couldn't sleep. So, I decided to watch television. I must've flicked through more than one hundred channels and found nothing. So, I back track down the dial and realized that most of what was on were infomercials! Infomercials everywhere! It was like a Hitchcockian film! I was swarmed with ads for things that I am not even sure if they are real.
