"Pam's Homemade Potato Rolls"
I used to make these rolls for family reunions, anniversaries, but never for church because of the time it took and the larger the quantity the longer it took. For the most part, I always got a lot of compliments on these rolls, so delicious! They are a big hit no matter how many generations go by. This is quite the extensive recipe but, it's worth it.

Grilled Potatoes with Garlic
I used to have a house on an acre of land in the country, not far from where I live now. We used to have a pot bellied grill that my Father-in-law built from scratch. It was just like the new ones you pay a thousand dollars or more now.

"My Special Fruitcake"
I know that fruitcake is not that popular; in fact, it's the one thing that people do not want to take home from a party or receive as a gift. But, this is different! It was time for my husband's office party and I made this recipe as his contribution for the dessert table. He looked at me, blinked a couple of times and said, "Really? This is what you're sending with me?" Yeah, I know, right?

My Dad's Potato Salad
My family, at least on my Dads side, came from German and Welsh decent. My Grandfather made this potato salad that was, by today's standards, kind of plain, if you will. He never recorded the recipe. So my Dad carried it on through the years. He never wrote it down, either, but we still make it today! This will be the first time this recipe has ever been recorded in any way so, Yippee!

Easiest Pumpkin Bread
It's that time of year that everyone loves to make sweet treats, this time of year is always my favorite! When I was young my mother would always make desserts that would fill the house with fall smells and it was always my favorite time of the season. When I grew up and moved out, I found it is a little difficult to find ingredients when you are a broke college student, but I would still try to find something to make my apartment feel like fall.

My Hobo Fajitas
Traditionally, you would use skirt steak and grill it. But, sometimes "skirt steak", as I like to call it, is a little pricey. So, I have been known to use round steak. Yes, it's not a typo, I said "Round Steak". Be sure to get a nice round steak that, when cut into strips, will feed at least five people and then build your menu from there for more people if needed.

Tomato Soup Meatloaf
When I was in my "tween" years, this was a special favorite of mine in the fall; it usually meant meatloaf sandwiches for lunch the next day! Somehow, it tasted all the more special the next day at school because everyone in the cafeteria wanted to know what you were eating.
