Bad habits
Madness
The person I used to be can never return because I won’t let her. She was naïve. She let her emotions dictate her life. She was explosive and reckless. She did her best, though, and I’ll forever respect her. But this new person that I have become came at a price that there is no refund for. Unimaginable loss. Tragedy. Pain. The lessons that I had to learn burned the old me alive. With no guidance or survival guide, the only thing left to do was transform. It feels like a lifetime has passed, a different time and place. But, if you look deep enough into my eyes, you can still see her weeping face. (Beauty in Darkness, by B. Vigil.)

How to Protect Yourself from Financial Fraud
The pursuit of financial gain is typically behind most cons, although some are more transparent about it than others. Scammers could try to convince you to pay for something you don’t need or ask you to put money into something shady in order to get their money. The majority of them, on the other hand, are designed to harvest information for the purpose of financial gain.

Your Dog Doesn't Love You
Your dog doesn't love you. I know. That sounds harsh, but it's the truth. We, as humans have an expansive vocabulary that allows each word to have a unique set of rules and stipulations which must be met in order to comply with a word's definition. Words like joy, sadness, and love are all words that are easily applied to our fellow humans but are more difficult to apply to our furry friends.

Is Adultery "Contagious"?
What effect does being near individuals who are prone to treachery have on our willpower? Can we be swayed in some way? Are you inclined to "break the wait" and begin doing the same? Reichman University in Israel academics have pondered. In a recent study published in the journal Archives of Sexual Conduct, researcher Gurit E Birnbaum and her colleagues wanted to see if people who learned about other people's unfaithful behavior were likely to be unfaithful in their own romantic relationships.

I Only Have So Many Fucks To Give
I had a pretty silly thought just a few minutes ago. I was chatting with one of my best online friends, Michael Jordan. Not the hall of fame basketball play, but a different fella I’ve met in my travels. He’s an awesome, funny friend. When we talk, we use the word “fuck” a lot.

Drugs
I experienced using crack cocaine on a many of occasions throughout my life time and so what I’ve learned that crack is a low self esteem drug that puts illusion in your head it also help build’s up false confidence and takes you to a imaginary place unknown.if you don’t believe me look around your neighborhood at the crack users.Crack illusion makes you feel prettier, stronger, taller etc.Crack is a sex drug if you was told you wasn’t good enough to perform this drug would put hype into your personality making you feel like you was coming from an unknown place with the rhythm to a beat and in the illusionary world every walk of life is accepted, and once you’ve tried sex of any kind with crack this will be your drive in going backwards to.Even when you are sober and clean the minute something happens you fall back into that using state and how free it made you feel sexually on this low self esteem drug called crack. And in this low self esteem world doesn’t have cliques everyone just mingle together feeling comfortable to be around someone equal to them.Smoking made you feel like you could become anybody inside of this illusionary drug.Once you take that first hit you’ll always be trying to capture that first hit even if it’s decades later . This is the reason behind people you may know that has been using for a very long time that can’t quit. You create a beast from within that’s always trying to find a reason to come out this is one beast you’d wish you never let into your life. Even from the experience of sex with crack. Also anyone can become “The man” as long as you have the crack and the girls, and also if you was a slacker on your hygiene before you started smoking it would be worse because then you’ll become very filthy allowing everything go down .The reason people smoke is to numb the pain that was inflicted upon them from all different angles of life and they just wanna forget instead of dealing with root of the trauma such mistreatment, molestation, isolation, low self esteem ,abuse of all kinds. Now you also have low self esteem drug dealers , because anyone who would sell crack to someone else has to have some issues and these issues are failures in the academic or sports world and they was told by there parents or maybe not to be somebody, refusing to be a nobody settling to be an anybody . Once a drug dealer accomplish power, popularity he feels like he’s on top of the world and is unstoppable he can go around bullying people off the turf by assassinating and putting better products on the street and doesn’t stop at one block it turns into communities and you can see that this is a low self esteem move. I guess it’s easy to die then live, because living means every day you have to try a little harder then yesterday you have to press forward into thee unknown and you have to press through not knowing what’s on the next side. Now I live in this low self esteem crack addicted corpse, that I must walk on egg shells of which is the thorn in my side that keeps me and my prayer life in tack, because I don’t ever wanna fall back into the slumming, tricking, begging, scamming stealing, lying individual. And sometimes when I don’t feel like being better for myself I think about Jesus who gave his life for me and my grandson and what I’ve learned is Christ will show you why it’s important to be better. Thnks for letting me share

Modern Day Mix Tape 2
For me, I travel through time and space through music. Music is my time travelling companion. The force that opens the portal. It is and always has been music. I am able to be moved from here to there most easily through what I hear. Music is how I travel through time. Music is my first love and my last love. I have had many loves in between where it started and where it will end, but it always has been and always will be music for me. My one true. That and Jesus, which goes without saying but I should say it. Considering Jesus loves music. "Don't be a prude- not when it comes to music" is something I think I have heard him say....

Comfort in Reading
Growing up, the thought of reading bored me. My two older sisters would have their nose in a book while I tried to entertain myself. The idea of reading even a 25 page book made my stomach churn. Then, I discovered Harry Potter, I watched the first movie when I was about 9 years old. Afterwards both my sisters agreed that the book was far better. I could not believe this until I picked up the book and read it in a week for me that was a very short time period. I was hooked I found myself reading the next, the next until I was looking for more to read.

Junk
He leaned over the side of the bed, pulling on his right shoe before silently placing it on the tiled floor. It was two in the morning, the moon high in the night sky, the only light in the darkness of the room; though dim, he could see everything. It had been two days since he’d slept, a mix of pills, coke, and ecstasy keeping awake. He pulled on the same pair of pants he’d worn for days, smelling his work shirts for the cleanest before opening the top drawer of his dresser where the drugs he so desperately craved were; two guns he’d bought in the hood rested beside them, almost like trophies to him.
