Sherrone Moore proclaims innocence in court hearing, wants stalking and home invasion charges dropped
Moore was arrested Dec. 10, hours after the University of Michigan fired him with cause.

Sherrone Moore is facing charges he wants dropped. Home invasion is among them. In this Title IX case, the disgraced University of Michigan head coach got caught up in a web of trouble. His lawyer, Ellen Michaels
holds that her client should be cleared on all charges. The challenge to make a head coach a stalker is real and makes one think about the “deep pockets” of Michigan as outlined by the unnamed staffer.
In addition to the downfall of the coach, his wife and their three children must experience this low point in Moore’s life. It impacts his family and the family he created with his Michigan team.
If it is to be said, he makes himself an easy target. He’s a man of color who did not coach at a HBCU. Michigan is one of the most renowned football programs in the country. For him to descend with such speed from his arrest in December shows the harshness of his alleged actions. While it may seem to be slight, stalking and home invasion represent the degree of violations to individual rights.
For it to be a great amount of problems that have closed on his head, Moore should seek mental health therapy. His mind should be churning with the fact he had been on top of the collegiate world only to plummet from his perch. The way he brings together his family into all of this could be problematic for his own mind. If he is found guilty of his alleged crimes, the way he could fight against them is to visit with a psychiatrist.
In everything he has achieved, it doesn’t seem like his winning percentage will not be at the forefront of his reputation. That’s sad. Let’s say he is not guilty. It doesn’t matter. The allegations alone will damn him for life. When people look at him, he will always be seen as a stalker and an invader. There is a definite look at the implosion of Moore and his horrific supposed acts.
Why he even wanted to get involved in the apparent actions brought against him is anyone’s guess. He had the job, the wife and kids, and now he has lost his job and put his family in jeopardy.
To ascertain whether the Moore case is isolated or can be opened up for other college football coaches, one might want to vet other coaches to ensure they have not besmirched their own names in some way. With the scores of schools that fit into the puzzle of football, there could be at least one other coach who has committed alleged crimes as well.
Moore is on the hook right now, but what does science say? Technology like phone records will serve as evidence of Moore’s innocence or guilt. That is the most important part. Having specific evidence that will demonstrate the difference between the anxiety of the case and present the truth without any he says or she says. The definite abilities to match the evidence with the facts of the case will tell the difference. When the defense lawyer says the arrest should be rescinded from the idea of Moore, it shows there is an expectation of bringing to bear reality.
With Moore, he has in a sense ruined already his life and his unblemished track record as a professional coach. By being his own worst enemy, he has been able to still have some shred of credit to his name, however. That’s the power of the judicial system. When one can find a defense attorney, that shows the equality before the law and due process.
