Politics does not dictate our collective cultural mindset as much as it simply reflects it; We've got to look in the mirror sometimes, and we've got one.
Why the Argument That Biden's Spending Packages Making American Workers Lazy is Meaningless
Are the Stimulus Packages Game Changers or Inflationary? The labor market continues to be tepid, despite the massive and generous stimulus passed by Congress in March. Indeed, the Covid Relief Stimulus Package was said to be the “game changer” as far as the role of the government in the economy was concerned, as the Biden Administration sought to undo decades of limited government that the hallmark of Reagan-ism.

The Sport of Politics.
Politics has morphed into sports. We root for our team instead of what's best for our country. Politics have mascots and uniforms (i.e. MAGA gear, ribbons, RESIST gear, confederate flags, etc.). We have commentators, 24-hour highlights, and televised events with play-by-play on Twitter.

Impeach Bush Now
Even a month ago, I was content to let the electoral system punish President George W. Bush for his incompetence in prosecuting the war in Iraq. Let him deal with more Democrats than he bargained for after the 2006 midterm elections, I thought. That would sufficiently punish him for his failures; anything more would set a dangerous precedent discouraging future presidents from launching big endeavors that might not work.

Nitwit Nation Is America Too Dumb For Democracy
Most Americans are enthusiastic supporters of their own civic rights, but few bother to meet any would-be democrat's (or any would-be republican's, if you prefer) number-one responsibility: that of keeping oneself sufficiently literate and well informed to be able to vote rationally and knowledgeably. Mountains of too-long ignored evidence show that the vast majority of our nation's citizens cannot possibly meet that responsibility - that their functional literacies are so limited that our form of government can't accurately be called a "democracy." The word, rather, is "ochlocracy": government based on the uninformed passions and whims of the mob.

Life Of My President
Rodrigo Roa Duterte, born in Maasin, Southern Leyte, on March 28, 1945, became the 16th President of the Philippines in 2016. His election as the President of the Philippines in May of the said year defied the country’s political history. He is the first from Mindanao to occupy the said office. Duterte took office at age 71, thus making him the oldest to hold the presidency. Duterte is a lawyer and a politician who served seven terms as mayor of Davao City.

Reservation System in India
Reservation system was envisaged by our forefathers to level the playing field for the oppressed, exploited and most discriminated against social castes. The sections of society which got the most benefit out of these policies were the ones which were treated as outcastes and semi animals in the Orthodox Brahmanical society structure. The nation which was rising from the centuries of exploitation in the Post world war era as a former colony of Great Britain was based on ideas of equality, fraternity, equity, democracy and liberty. These ideas were first seen in action when the Constituent assembly which was discussing each and every law, rules and sub rules passed the clause of Universal Adult Franchise without any opposition. The second matter which didn't come up for debate was that the Government of Independent India would for the development of all and not just of the Landlord's, businessman and Sarkari Babu's.

Loving America At Forty Cents On The Dollar
I know who you are. You work for about sixty cents on the dollar, once federal, state, and local taxes are taken out of your paycheck. You pay rent or a mortgage with what you have left, buy groceries, make car payments, and get insurance on your home, car, and health. You might put some away in savings, but not enough for retirement. If you have children, you might have a college fund, but not enough for a full university education. If you have pets, you try not to think about how much their food costs or what’s in it. You hope that you don’t get sick.

Can Writers Be Political
I was scrolling down the sidebar and the title "Can Writers Be Political" came up somewhere in the stories. Instead of going through it, I wished to put my words on the given topic, as I believed it is one of the most significant topics that need to be discussed. Had I read it, it would have affected my opinion and that is why instead of reading it I am writing on it.
