Why the UN Security Council is Fundamentally Flawed
On the 7th of July 2020, a resolution for humanitarian assistance in Syria was voted upon by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). But this resolution proved futile because it was vetoed by Russia and China, both permanent members of the UNSC. This was no surprise because Russia and China support the regime of Bashar-al-Assad (who has been accused of human right violations) in Syria and are suppliers of arms to the same.

Why I don't stand by Meghan's decision
Disclaimer: The opinions in this article are simply my own, I welcome a respectful exchange of ideas A few months ago, Harry and Meghan shocked the public when they announced they were resigning from royal duties and retiring to 'private life'. Because of this decision, they were in the line of fire of multiple tabloids. A lot of celebrities, American, especially, came to their defence and all criticism aimed at the Sussexes was labelled as racist or anti-liberal.

Now That The Election Is Over, What Do I Want To See Happen To Trump Supporters?
If you were paying any attention to the news (or, god forbid, reading comments sections and trawling through Twitter), you probably saw all kinds of bellowed promises from Trump supporters about what they were going to do to "the libs" once their guy won re-election. They were going to charge doctors who performed abortions with murder, assault anyone who protested, execute reporters live on-air, and the list went on and on. While you could argue that some of it was hyperbole, and a lot of it was just rage-induced fantasy from a vocal minority, the central theme of nearly every, single promise was that anyone who disagreed with them was going to be punished for their dissent. They would be silenced. They were, to use the common phrase, going to make us all cry.

OPINION | AMERICA IS TOO FREE TO STOP COVID-19
This is my second passionate rant about the attitudes of my fellow Americans whilst Covid snakes around us. I still feel the same way, just a little more married to my feelings now. The first few weeks of quarantine weren't so bad on account I had plenty of schoolwork to keep me busy. By the beginning of May, I was ordering pizzas for pick up just stretch my legs and talk to the clerks. They're very nice. As time moved along, my mind started to go twisty.

The State of Our Union!
Hello Everyone, My name is Dennis Vandusen-Torres and I am a 2024 Presidential Hopeful. I have no political experience and I do not have any political backing. But what I do have is a new Plan for America, one that the current leaders in Washington don't want. I have a plan that refuses to sweep the issues that plague this nation under the rug and together if We The People stand united we can fight these issues head-on!

White Privilege is a Myth
White Privilege, The Myth There is an epidemic in this country right now. No, I’m not talking about the pandemic, I’m talking about the epidemic. Simple truth… white privilege is a myth. White privilege does not exist. Tons of people and especially media outlets on TV and online, don’t want to talk about it. They try to silence and censor anyone who mentions the truth and wants to help people understand that ethnicities has nothing to do with anyone’s situation. To think otherwise is just wrong and lazy. There are a very large number of people who are self-inflicted victims. They want to claim that they are a victim of a system that favors white people over those who are not white. In reality, they are a victim of their own viewpoint and belief that they are somehow suppressed in the United States of America. They’re not.

WE WILL BE WATCHING
I find myself listening to others regarding the results of this year’s election, and the hottest issue is what is Joe going to do in his first 100 days. Many have gone to his page and check out his plan and they just do not like it. Others are only glad Trump will be removed.

We Are ONE Race In ONE Fight So Stop Fighting And Stand United
Has it truly come down to this you may ask? Is the world really full of racism? Some say there used to be slaves back in the day while some say that there still are some slaves! Why you may ask? What causes this kind of behavior in people? Some people say it’s just how “they” are! Acting as though it is all the blame of the color on ones skin but how is that even possible? How can one human being stand against another human being just because their skin is darker? How can one human being say the rest are not like you because of skin color? Does any of what you say make sense you may wonder? This might help you to decide.

US Election: GOP remains divided
United States: President-elect Joe Biden views President Donald J Trump’s refusal to concede the 2020 Presidential Election as “an embarrassment” to the American people. All the major American television networks eventually called the election for Biden. Trump has not been able to stomach the result.

70+ Days of Turmoil
During Barack Obama’s term as President, a chain email went out reporting about his appointment of “czars”. Now, Presidents before him had done the same thing. You see, “czar” is just a term: “a person appointed by government to advise on and coordinate policy in a particular area.” All US presidents make appointments of people to various positions in their administration. What caused controversy was the use of the word “czars” to describe these appointments.
