How to heal fully and properly.
"Ideal" Image
When it comes to the "perfect" body type we all have similar opinions on what we think society wants. Wether it be an hourglass figure, thigh gap, a small waist, etc... Most of the photos and images we see online highly influence us and not only change our perspective on weight, but how we see ourself. Nowadays I feel like body positivity is becoming such an important thing as people are still trying to fit in to these fake ideals on what is the perfect body. I feel it’s important for more people to truly understand how they don’t need to try out the new "one meal" diet or try the new "lose 5 pounds in a day" workout as a way for them to loose the fat they so highly despise. So many people are caught up in their appearance and it’s not only holding them back from great opportunities but it’s effecting their mental health in the long run. It’s going to be difficult at first to accept that you don’t need to force yourself into becoming what you see as perfect to fit in because you are already and always will be the ideal body type. And finding the confidence to accept that won’t come easily but having skinny legs, cellulite, curves, or a flat chest just makes you perfect as an individual and just doing you confidently makes you one of the most beautiful people around. Don’t feel pressured into becoming something you're not because you're already amazing.

You and Your Living Butterfly Effect
Most of us can acknowledge the incredible beauty of the Butterfly; it fascinates us, and we marvel at its delicately strong presence. The Butterfly can represent many things to us in unique ways that touch our personal journey throughout our lives. Butterflies are known to represent powerfully deep symbolism about life. Some cultures claim the Butterfly is associated with the soul and the Christian religion claims they are a symbol of resurrection. Also, many people from all walks of life see the Butterfly as a representation of endurance, change, hope and ultimately life.

Finding the Root:
My wall is high—real high. It's steep elevation is built brick by brick of let down and pain. I cried every time I had to build it taller and taller. It takes a resilient genuine soul to finally over come it. But sadly, so many people wouldn't stay around long enough to make it that high. However, now, it's getting too high, too hard to climb, too dangerous to reach the top. And it's time to let it fall.

The Setback
This Past Summer If you asked me right now what I did this past summer, I would tell you I did nothing. I just worked and help out with family. If you could read my mind, you will get a completely different answer. You would get many depressing answers, with the side of screaming and crying.

We Teach People How to Treat Us
Do you commonly feel like you’re mistreated, used, abused, or abandoned? Do you frequently ask yourself the question: “Am I really that bad?” If so, YOU NEED TO READ THIS!!!!! The bad news is that you tell everyone in your life exactly how to treat you, you choose situations repeatedly that reinforce these concepts, and then when it doesn’t work out you ask yourself why? Why wasn’t I good enough? Why couldn’t they love me? Why did they have to do that? What makes me so bad? Why do I deserve this? The answer is because that is exactly what you feel you deserve, but the GOOD news is that you can change it and I am going to attempt to show you how right now!!!

Why External Validation Always Fails
Fulfillment outside of oneself is only temporary. You can be complimented everyday by members of the opposite sex, you can be told constantly how awesome or amazing you are, but if you don’t believe it for yourself, you never truly buy into it.

This Is When You'll Know
“Don’t be so hard on yourself when you find yourself dwelling on your past and overthinking about all the misfortune you’ve had. Because sometimes people forget that the past is a pathway. And a pathway is a journey. and a journey takes time. and time is all you have when you feel lost. So please be patient, be kind because something better is on the way.” -r.m. Drake

The Queen Had to Die Before She Could Ride
You would really have to be looking for it. You might see it when I wear a camisole or a bathing suit. It turns slightly purplish in color in cold temperatures. It's a small, faded scar on the side of my left breast. It brought me back from death, and freed me from confinement. It's one of the ways I became a Queen.

Anger vs Peace
When asked, most people would agree that they would prefer to feel peace over anger. However, if we were to look at anger in more depth, we would realise that people experience this emotion in very different ways. Anger is usually a reaction to how an individual would respond to a situation or life event, and many people may not realise that they are carrying anger around with them in their day to day lives. When we compare this to peace, peace is the epitome of forgiveness. We can not find peace within ourselves until we can learn to forgive other people for their actions.
