Ways to Cope with Stress
#1 Do some advanced or adult coloring books. In my opinion, this is a very good way of reducing stress and anger because you could sit and color for hours depending on how much time you have. Even if you aren’t into art, you still might enjoy this. There are hundreds of different coloring books that you could try out if you don’t like one. That also means that there are thousands of different designs to color and you can be creative with every single one of them. If this doesn’t work, then you can try some other ways listed here.

Chest and Back Posture in Taijiquan
One of the foundational points that is taught to help people learn the appropriate posture for correctly playing Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and the other Chinese internal martial arts is to "collapse the chest and raise the back." Like many things as you get further along in your training, it really is as simple as this. However, it can seem difficult at first. Part of the problem I've had, and I know I've had students struggle with this as well, is the way that this concept gets translated.

Ham and Eggs Are Health Foods
I have been a Californian and a hippy for almost 30 years, and a holistic health practitioner for ten years, which means I have heard about so many different competing diets and healthy eating plans it makes me want to scream, cry, and just give up trying to figure out who is right. People automatically assume because I am a natural health practitioner that I am a vegan, and add on top of that I am a queer woman in a lesbian relationship, and then the stereotypes of lesbian=vegan get even worse.

Stress/Anxiety Management
Stress is widely common and characterized by emotional distress, muscle tension, aches, etcetera. It is a necessity for survival of all living species, however it can be damaging to one's mental and physical health when chronic. What most people do not know is that many normal “everyday” activities contribute to the worsening of stress. There have been many remedies and techniques stating that they can aid someone in lowering their stress, and the only matter is finding one that works. Stress is the sense of emotional and physical strain throughout the body and when practicing natural relievers such as exercises and self therapies, the feelings can subside.

Stress Management
No matter who you are or what you do, stress will always be part of everyone’s life. However, not everyone deals with it the same way. Some people cry, others listen to music, and I take naps. I don’t know the perfect way to deal with stress, but practicing breathing exercises helps a lot too. I personally was never told how to handle stress, it was just something that was never mentioned or really shown in my family.

The Essentials of Essential Oils
As most know, essential oils are the coming of age and go head to head with the FDA and leading pharmaceutical companies to try to help individuals with disorders, sickness/ illness, pain, weight loss, etc. With doing so, I advocated myself to help the cause.

Headache Relief
If you are reading this, it probably means that you suffer from frequent headaches. Head pain can be caused by many different things and if you notice them to be happening more and more often, then you should definitely go to see your doctor. They can help you find the reason you are in pain. In the meantime, if you are anything like me then you are fed up of using medicated painkillers to ease the ache.
