Self Growth
I use to wonder how do we grow as people. We get taller, older, and sometimes bigger but how would we grow internally. I'm not talking about our organs I'm talking about what fundamentally makes us who we are. How do we better that? What can we do to be a better us? What can I do to be a better me? All question that college and life failed to prepare me for. Then I got to thinking, dangerous I know, but it lead me to the realization that there isn't just one answer. It's a system of answers that can better us in more than one possible way. I want to pass this knowledge on. Some of it will seem obvious but other points take a little more understanding. For me, self-growth has been like a staircase. Each step bringing me closer to who I will be.

Herbal Medicines And Their Uses
Remember my early articles about how herbal medicine can have as many side effects as Western medicine? Well with Western medicine and its medication treatments, you can't get paranoid about every last side effect. Even normal cooking herbs can keep you healthy, such as oregano, sage, basil, fennel, garlic, lemon balm, peppermint (of which I'm allergic to), rosemary, Echinacea, (which I cannot use due to autoimmune disorders such as hypothyroidism and type 1 diabetes), sambucus or elderberry, licorice, astragalas, ginger, ginseng, and dandelion. Starting with oregano, some swear by the fact that oregano, can deal with stomach flu quite well, while also reducing viral infection. Medicinal herbs can heal you but then again don't through the Western medicine baby out with the bathwater.

The world we're living in turned into one big chaos within a few weeks. I mean, who would have thought at the beginning of 2020 that by now we would see borders closing, schools shutting down, people excessively buying pasta and toilet paper or canceled flights to anywhere in the world, but here we are... and this is the real world. How can you stay sane during this hectic time? How can we stay positive when 99% of the news shared by media worldwide is negative? Health is probably the most important thing in life. Without it, we wouldn't be able to enjoy any other aspects of living. Let's focus on our mental and physical well-being then, shall we?
