Nobody Prepares You for the 30-something Life Crisis
It doesn’t happen overnight, but it hits you that way. It develops slowly, creeping up on you one self-help book at a time. Another fine line where there used to be a smile. In the blink of an eye, there’s a stranger staring back at you in the mirror, asking, how did I get here?

Gamma
We discovered this charming little town named "Magical" in South Carolina. It was unique, although the zoning was odd. There were Health Food Stores and Yoga studios mixed in with a Gentlemen's club on the same street. As in every other small town there were strip malls and shops with lambent commerce, well landscaped Garden Apartments, intermittent schools, churches, a hospital and a post office, not necessarily in that order. Small miniature golf courses were set back and sprinkled along the boulevard. We had just arrived at our time share after landing at the small local airport in the center of town, but neither one of us was tired. We were eager to explore.

Bea Weaves a Healing Dream
Bea had a full client intake with her herbalist friend Nicholas last week, 3 hours on the phone with her complicated medical history. She still owes him photos of her nails and tongue, but she pulled her back out, again, and has been heavily medicating. Three cheers for ganja tinctures.

Maybe they have recently fallen on hard times or many it was a particular relationship that didn’t end so well. Whatever the case may be, there are ways to not let stress or hardships crawl back. There are ways that the same methods you have heard, and done before to ease your tensions, can still be used to continue your recovery. Lemon Livens Up Your Life
It is easy to take the humble fruit of lemon for granted. Think about it. How many times have you heard someone proclaim lemon as their favorite fruit? As a kid, I know I used to love eating lemons raw. But then again, I’m just an unusual person all around…so I’m told. As an adult, I have come to appreciate lemon in all its capacities. But my love for lemon did not truly flourish until I became an herbalist. Through my studies and practical uses and applications on lemon, I kept finding more and more to love about lemon.
