Is the Shiatsu Back, Shoulder, and Neck Massager Comparable to a Private Massage?
Massages at our Finger Tips I love massages. I mean, who doesn’t? It feels so wonderful and relaxing. Although it can be painful sometimes, to get a deep tissue massage. There are many local massage parlors locally. But, massages can be expensive and not everyone can afford them - especially if you need a massager more than once a month. However, I received the Shiatsu Massager as a Christmas gift from my daughter. What a splendid gift she gave me. Now I can have a massage whenever and wherever I want to. I am loving it!

5 Amazing Ways a Mattress Can Improve Your Life. Top Story - December 2021. Created with: Lull.
There’s no doubt about it—sleep is so important in order to properly face the day ahead, but only after a restful night. Yet most people continue sleeping on mattresses that leave them exhausted, stuffy-nosed, and sore because their bed doesn’t have the support they need. That was me for a long time, until I came to my senses and it completely changed me entirely.

Deeper Than Sleep: 5 Ways Your Mattress Can Heal Your Relationship To Rest. Created with: Lull.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve struggled to find balance with your relationship to rest — especially in the past year where things may have been more overwhelming than ever. The cycle that I’m personally familiar with tends to look something like this: wake up, check phone, drink coffee, hit afternoon slump, check phone again, eat a few times, watch tv, check phone some more, fall asleep, and repeat. Luckily with how unpredictable this past year has been, many of us have come to the realization that we need to be intentional in choosing healthy habits that are not only sustainable, but improve our quality of life.

If Memory Foam Isn’t The Perfect Mattress For You, Go Hybrid. Here’s Why!. Top Story - December 2021. Created with: Lull.
Earlier this year, I was desperately searching for a mattress that would help me fall asleep and stay asleep all night. If you read my previous story, How Seasonal Changes Impact Your Sleep (Without You Even Knowing), then you know I’ve always struggled to get a good night’s rest. I performed extensive research online and amongst friends, and I ultimately found my Lull Mattress. I still remember the day my premium memory foam bed arrived at my home. I was excited to try something new, but certainly had my doubts. Little did I know that the contents of that simple box would have the power to shift my relationship to sleep forever. After nearly 1 year of resting, not just sleeping, on my Lull Original Mattress, I can honestly say that my life has changed for the better. I’ve gone from tossing and turning all night, to falling into a deep and restful sleep almost immediately. I’ve also noticed that I wake up in a far better mood as opposed to sleeping on my previous spring mattress, and that my Lull regulates my body temperature and cools me down at night.

The Most Sustainable Way To Sleep, And How To Discover Your Forever Mattress. Top Story - December 2021. Created with: Lull.
We all know that sleep is important, but in my house, it’s crucial. When my family doesn’t get enough sleep, the world feels like it’s going to end *que the dramatic music*. My daughters, for example, who are between the ages of five and ten, get very cranky and lazy when they don’t get adequate rest. Beyond the major mood swings, I also know when they haven’t had enough sleep because they will fall asleep anywhere, and I mean anywhere. At the kitchen table, in the car, smushed between the middle seat of an airplane, you name it!
