How Qigong Helped Me in the Past
I learned about Chow Qigong from Dr. Chow herself as I ran into a flier at San Francisco State on campus. Qigong is about having an energy system in the body flowing from one meridian to the next like ley lines on our planet. The Qi or Chi inside the body is a system by itself as much as the central nervous system is interconnected. Emotional distress can cause major Qi imbalances such as when a person is exposed to constant stress or bickering on the part of someone else. Hormones can also cause a Qi imbalance as most illness causes a Qi problem. The Chow system integrates acupuncture, acupressure, massage, and body work with visualization. Dr. Chow also uses touch therapy, counseling, as well as plenty of other therapeutic techniques.

Third Eye Meditation
Are you aware that you have a pineal gland in your brain? This gland is called "the seat of the soul." Most people don't even know they have it and ANYONE can learn to use it! Do you wish to strengthen your intuition and psychic abilities? Clairvoyance and see spirits? Would you like to see inner and outer planes and the spirits that inhabit them? Do you want to discover astral projection? You can! You will be able to see auras and see the world in a new way! It all starts with meditation!! You have chakras in your body and the third eye, your sixth chakra, located right between your brows on your forehead, is called the Anja Chakra. Is Meditation Healthy?
If you've read my story on "voices," you've gotten a little glimpse into my mental health issues. I have a hard time understanding what's real and what isn't really there. For almost seven years, I've had these strangers stuck in my conscious. I call them strangers but at this point, they've become "friends," but your friends don't lure you into trying to kill yourself, or to hurt others.

Emotional Neutrality
With my parents, I try to maintain a neutral stance. I feel nothing, not too much anger, or too much happiness. I try to maintain a neutral headspace. I do feel anger at them for not getting enough income from them for basics, but the thing is, I need to remain neutral, feeling nothing, not positive nor negative, only to make sure that I do not give them a rise, as I’m a vampire victim. Zen meditation practices can offer a sense of neutrality for me given that I learned detachment long enough to not allow my parents' nonsense to infect me.

How to Meditate
Do you ever have a hard time falling asleep at night? Do you have a lot of stress and not many ways to deal with it? There is a very simple medicine to fix all of these problems, that medicine is meditation. I refer to meditation as medicine because it will literally heal you. Physical and mental stress result in the production of the stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol is a very bad hormone and you want as little of it as possible. It can promote anxiety and depression. It can disrupt your sleep. It can even increase your blood pressure! People who meditate regularly say it helps with their stress. they feel this way because it slows or stop or brains from making cortisol and keeps us relaxed and proper.
