THE Struggle of ABORTING..
What does Aaron Rodgers, Vince McMahon, and Jess Healy have in common? They’re both somewhat on the same road..

👋🏾 It‘s EDB, that’s Erik DeSean Barrett; here thinking. Its Tuesday, if you are reading this when its released, which means we are gonna hear the voice of the man who might hang up his Jersey. Yes. I am talking about the one, and ONLY, Aaron Rodgers.. Joseph Salvador over at Sports Illustrated writes, NFL Fans Speculate on Aaron Rodgers’s Future After His Jersey Decision Sunday Night Detroit rookie wide receiver Jameson Williams can be seen asking Rodgers for his jersey after the game, and the quarterback’s response has sparked massive speculation.
I gotta hold on to this one..
It’s fair to assume Rodgers wouldn’t want to remember a loss in which his team was eliminated from the playoffs, but he explained after the game why he wants to keep this jersey.
There’s just some special ones that I like to keep. Night game, Lambeau, Week 18, there’s just certain jerseys you like holding on to like playing Chicago or big Sunday night games. Little bit different I guess. It’s not keeping it. It’s more like it’s a cool one to give somebody you really care about.
I took to twitter, because why not. Gotta put my Twitter Blue to work.. None the less, I got to thinking.…
The Moral here, Patrick McAfee is gonna be lit today, somewhere around 1400 (2pm). I can’t watch live, but look forward to the cliff notes.
Speaking of Quitting. Our childhood dreams, are blowing up in smoke. Thursday Night, November 11, 1999; I turned on the TV to then UPN, channel 27. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Rock, HHH, and I was hooked. Not only did I watch religiously, its actually the only thing my brother and I have ever bonded over… Now, 24 years latter Vince McMahon Plans to Sell WWE. Some one call the undertaker, we need the theme music. First, We know Vince left, because, ya know, struggles with where his penis belongs, now He wants back in..
Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics later tweeted copies of letters exchanged between McMahon and the WWE board of directors in December. McMahon expressed his desire to return as executive chairman, the board opposed it, and McMahon then made it clear that he would not approve any TV rights deals without being permitted to rejoin the board: Before McMahon's official return, Lauren Thomas of the Wall Street Journal reported that the main motivation behind McMahon wanting to return was to facilitate a sale of WWE. While neither McMahon nor WWE as a whole have confirmed a desire to sell, McMahon said in a statement that he felt it was important for the majority shareholder to have a hand in TV rights negotiations. Sherman added that Comcast, Fox, Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Netflix, Amazon, UFC owner Endeavor Group Holdings and Formula One owner Liberty Media are all expected to be in the mix as possible buyers. -
Once again I took to Twitter.. Hey Elon, thanks for the $132 blue checkmark.
Let‘s Transition from Money, to Abortions. I wanna share about Jess Healy.. kicking off with the hard punch, the meat and potatoes… Two Years After her Beloved Daughter Died, she Got Pregnant Again. Here's Why she Chose An Abortion.
The first time she learned she was pregnant, she was 19. She drank whiskey and cried in the woods at college parties and yelled at her boyfriend. They’d only been dating for a few months; and were irresponsible kids using unreliable methods.
Her boyfriend called his father, who sent $300, and a few weeks later we were at Planned Parenthood in Phoenix, terminating the pregnancy. It was 1999. She did everything to make sure, it won’t happening again, yet Six weeks latter she feared being pregnant again.
When I saw two lines on the pregnancy test, I fell to the floor, a black-and-white-checkered tile in the tiny bathroom of our tiny apartment. I hollered for my boyfriend. When he saw the test, he fell to the ground too. We said nothing. There was nothing to say. We both knew we would have this baby.
Antonia was born at home in Prescott, Arizona, on Feb. 3, 2000, after a 12-hour labor, with the help of the local midwives. For two days, the couple took turns staying awake for 24-hour shifts. They were both exhausted:
If the baby is asleep, for God’s sake, both of you can sleep! We were young, foolishly confident and literally clueless
Four years and five months ago, at 18, Antonia died. It was two weeks after she had graduated high school. A relentless fever and a headache lead to an ER visit three times before she was finally admitted. Over a couple of days, when asked to rate her pain on a scale of one to 10, Antonia said 15. A horrid medical accident, and failed treatment led to her death.
The death of a child is an endless desert of vacancy, deprivation and agony. I was annihilated. I starved myself, cut myself and drank massive amounts of vodka. But nothing worked. There were no more miracles. There was no good reason to live.
This led to a residential treatment program for trauma, because Jess was self harming. After getting her life back, she hooked up with a dude, and ya know the utterus was sprayed resulting in her getting pregnant.
Many people presume that a pregnancy after the death of a child is a “miracle,” regardless of the circumstances, but everything about this pregnancy felt wrong. I had been down the demoralizing road of food stamps and piling up credit card debt raising Antonia. As a single woman working in the field of social services, I could never work enough to afford full-time day care. Besides which, I was failing to take care of myself; how would I ever take care of an infant in my traumatized, grief-stricken state? I wanted my daughter back, and this baby was not my daughter.
At seven weeks, Jess opted for an at-home, medically induced abortion through Planned Parenthood. She told her mother, a nurse, by then, and drove to her house for the procedure. It was horrible, a process which took years to overcome. The moral here.
Everyone in these streets are strugging. The best thing we can all do, is hear them out. Weigh what theyve said out, and most importantly do what we can to make sure everyone is doing what they can live with.
