An Interview With Adam Kirkey, Director of the Short Horror Film “Getting Away”
In a world of technology, most individuals use it to better their lives and advance our existence; others choose to utilize it for a more sinister agenda. For someone that spends a hefty amount of time around our modern day, yet futuristic, tools, it is no shock that his latest short film, “Getting Away”, dips into the exploration of what may play out if a person were to use tech for all the wrong reasons.

For Chris’ Sake: Finally, A Podcast Worth Listening To | Interview. Top Story - November 2021.
Audible entertainment and communications has been around for decades, with radio broadcasts coining their debut in history in 1920 and podcasts airing as early as 2004. What It's Like To Be: A Sociotherapist. Top Story - November 2021.
When it comes to social workers, a certain stock image is likely what comes to mind: a stern, no-nonsense presence, a clipboard in one hand and metaphorical red tape in the other; an agent of the state, likely with the best intentions but ultimately lacking a certain level of compassion.
