How To Save Money at Whole Foods
I want to begin this article by saying that Whole Foods has become somewhat of a vice and an addiction for me. I love the way the food tastes there, I love the principles that the store stands for, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I enjoyed the overall ambiance of shopping there.

Just Grubbin Series: Sea Isle City Food Truck Festival
You can't throw a food truck festival and NOT expect the JG team to show up and show out. With that being said this past weekend was the annual Sea Isle City Food Truck Festival so a couple members of the team decided to make their way down to the Jersey shore and peep the scene... and of course, indulge in all the delicious grub. Since it was more than one member that attended we decided to do a joint review of the Festival and give you guys some of our highlights.

Creative Ways to Eat an Avocado
If you're anything like me, then you know the avocado is one of the best fruits out there. It's delicious, filling, and healthy for you. Most people tend to think of it mostly as an ingredient in guacamole or as the now infamous "avocado toast." However, there are way more creative ways to eat an avocado than you might think. Just Grubbin Series: Cooking with Walker, Pt. 1- Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon. Top Story - June 2017.
I asked big daddy, Lauren, if I could try something different from our normal JG reviews for a couple posts. He enthusiastically agreed, because this is a genius idea, and I am a fucking wizard in the kitchen. So here goes nothing, "Cooking with Walker, Pt. 1" and for those who think this is a video thing, eat shit, I ain't got time to be recording all the meals I make. I just wanna cook and eat.

Vegan, Family of Three
Where I sit today is a complete 180 from where I was at this time last week. I recently watched a new documentary on Netflix titled, What the Health. It struck up a conversation between my boyfriend, who has done the juicing fasting inspired by Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead, and myself, who once tried vegetarianism for four months about 8 years ago.

Just Grubbin Series: Welcome to Philly Markelle Fultz
The drafting process seems to be coming to mother fuckin completion for the Philadelphia 76ers as they drafted Markelle Fultz number one overall in this year's draft! I know what your thinking " .....the hell does this have to do with food?" My main inspiration for this post came because he gave us this food gem shortly after being drafted ( via The Players Tribune).

Cheap Meals You Can Cook in a College Dorm
Let's face it: most universities have gross dining halls. Often they'll have hockey puck burgers and pizza that resembles cardboard. If you're lucky, your dining hall might have a salad bar that isn't crawling with germs. This can be a rude awakening after having your mom pack you lunch for your entire childhood. Suddenly, you have to figure out how to fend for yourself and make your on food (unless you want to risk your life in the dining hall). To make things even more difficult, freshmen often don't have easy access to a full kitchen, so they're stuck using only their microwave and mini-fridge.

Healthy Fast Food Lunches
Fast food is notoriously bad for you, and that shoddy reputation definitely is rightfully earned. Many fast food lunches can load you up with over 1,000 calories and several times your daily recommended intake of salt, fats, and sugars. Don't believe it? If you want to see how bad a fast food diet can be for you, just watch Supersize Me.
