Waking up in the Train Station. Top Story - May 2022.
I don’t make a habit of sleeping on tables in train station waiting rooms. Sometimes there isn’t a choice but on the bright side, it was certainly better than the out-of-service escalator I tried to bed down on earlier; but more on that later.

The Best Things in Life Are Free -Marketing Tells You Otherwise
This article was previously published on Mickey Markoff's Hubpages in 2021. The best things in life are free Many say the best things in life are free, and this old adage is one which rings true throughout the ages. Ask your average person about the most memorable moments in their lives, and chances are good that you will hear several stories that recount things like a child being born, falling in love, and other similarly beautiful beats in time. The likelihood of one of those moments being a time they once stood in line for the latest mobile phone or watched their favorite movie? Slim to none. As enjoyable as entertainment and technology can be - and the potential it has to enrich our lives - there is simply no replacement for the real-life interactions with those we hold dearest in our lives.

The landslide of emotions when you can't say sorry...
Dear Mother, I wish I told you how much I love you just once. I’m not shy yet I remain mute. I wait for you to be lying on your death bed taking your final ragged breaths. You wheeze and splutter. Still the words stay buried deep within me.

Trust me
Eve I put my dancing shoes in my bag, pull the zipper and get out of the building. The sound of honking cars and the smells of various dishes in the restaurants I pass make me feel at home. I have to take the subway home, but that doesn't bother me. I like to walk, I like to sit in the subway station and analyze people and then imagine stories about them. Like today, I saw a man who was about 40 years old, dressed in a suit but not in shape. He was always looking at his watch. I thought he was probably pressed for time. He probably has a wife and maybe a baby or two waiting for him at home. The kind of ignorant and spoiled children who perceive their parents' love as a new video game.

Three heartbeats
I open my eyes and have to close them again, blinded by the light coming in through the window. I reach out and grieve when I find the empty half of the bed. I don't smell coffee and I don't hear the rattling of dishes in the kitchen when he's trying to prepare the little one. I hate when I wake up like this without him. I get out of bed and go to the window. I'll see him tomorrow because he's coming home. He felt my left hand and felt the small object in its place. This little object, so important to me, is the material proof of our love.

My Ideology: On becoming....
I want to be a successful woman in the nearest future, I want to have a nice life. I love intelligent conversations with intelligent people. I love beautiful dresses and I am good at making them. I love doing things without thinking of what I’ll do. I love the way that people smile at me. I love my family and friends. I love how they are so kind to everyone else in the world and so accepting of all kinds of differences. I love being myself no matter what. I am proud to call myself someone I am proud to love. I am proud to feel loved by others. I am proud to love the same person that others love.

My 8 Confessions to My Mother.
My mother passed away more than 10 years ago, but it always stays in our memory. I would love to say this in life, but we always take the opportunity to remember the good times and leave here everything we wanted to say in person.
