Friendship
Snowflakes can dance too.
It was the middle of a frosty winter. The whole town moaned under the heaviness of the snowstorms, all its citizens seeking their cozy homes away from the cold wind. Fog emerged from here and there messing with everyone’s eyes as if they went blind. You couldn’t be able to see your own hands even if you tried stretching them above your head.

Sour Apples
I loved you like a brother once, but now I don’t know how to feel. I look back, at the good times and the bad. The arguments and fights. The laughs and jokes. Part of me hates you, wants to make you suffer, to hurt, to know the anguish you caused me. Part of me wants to reconcile and fix this whole mess. But I have to meet in the middle, we aren’t friends, but I’d like to think we aren’t enemies either.

Gratitude expects nothing in return, yet it is a responsibility that we all share.
Giving without expecting anything in return is similar to expressing gratitude without expecting anything in return. Finally, expressing gratitude is a type of giving, and whether you realise it or not, there's a part of you that's hoping for reciprocity when you do either.

Losing Vocal Friends and Finding Vocal Friendship
I don’t know what it was, but it came to mind how my Vocal friends seem to be in an almost constant state of flux. Many people I used to engage with seem to have disappeared from my circle, although new ones are constantly coming into it.

The City of the Blessed
As the cursed waggon pulled them through woodland waste, the trip was lengthy and rocky. Maleah sat in the eerie stillness, watching the sky change hues. The waggon lurched to a halt as dusk fell. She heard a bell ring somewhere in the near distant.

Another Shot through Love
The depths of melancholy left her in a mindless kingdom and the whole thing that when seemed crystal clear, paled into the murky waters of unhappiness and the voices that heralded existence, slowly nudged itself into an abyss of an eerie silence! The darkness of the night time made it worse for the guptas as they struggled to come to terms with what had transpired among them and fate. 5 years seemed to stretch like a five hundred years as the as soon as chirpy household held itself together with great trouble thru the as soon as-sweet memories of laughter that helped tether collectively their lives in wish and peace. Mrinal sipped her tea like a dull character as dharam and madhulika looked on…

A Face Palm of a Day: Part 3
"Yo, we're 10 minutes away." Kate's uber driver said. Kate groggily opened her eyes and sat up. "Thank you, I'm sorry I'm such a hot mess," Kate said smoothing back her hair and wiping the sleep out of her eyes. "Oh this is nothing, I've had much worse. Do you want another water?" He handed back a water bottle and Kate enthusiastically reached for it. "Yes! Oh my gosh, you're the best." Kate chugged the water and took a deep breath. She felt surprisingly refreshed.

To A Loving Soul Who Is My Family, My World
To my bestie Karthi, When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw that you cared, and I wanted to be everything that I could be. When you thought I wasn't looking, I LOOKED....and wanted to say thanks for all the things I saw when you thought I wasn't looking," - Mary Rita Schilke Korzan
