Once was a birthday party, one my friend invited me to go see it with her and the other we stayed out extra late to go to the very first premier of it at the Carmichael theater in our home town.

It was my second summer working in the office of the Camp Ramah Kitchen. My first summer had been disastrous - enlightening, liberating, and miserable. I returned with a very specific set of circumstances set out in my mind: that I would have a different roommate, that my immediate partner for work would be the same person, and that my sister would be following close behind me. Given my position, it was required that I be one of the first of the kitchen staff on site. The grounds were all but deserted; mosquitoes swarmed in the absence of the half-thousand bodies they would soon have to feast upon. Mist drifted and danced over cool morning waters. The air sung of a promise that the previous year had lacked.

Confession of Love
I never thought love would find me, everything changed when my husband came into my life. I fell in love with him when I saw his picture on Facebook. I know that's silly but it's true. I just knew he was the one for me. So after six months of getting to know each other we ended up dating for one day, but I did know that he had a girlfriend at the time but I didn't care. I just wanted him, all of him. At first it was just teasing him, making him crave me. I didn't know that he already did, it didn't take me when a man knows what he wants.

A Night Of Benefits
Ever since I let this person into my life, it has been a repeated cycle that is full of lust and temptation. No matter how long we don't see each other, it somehow happens over and over again. At first, it was supposed to play out as us being just friends but my feelings got in the way of that. And that's how I got in this mess. But how could I ever ignore someone who has those handsome eyes and those lips? Yeah...those damn lips. I always said he was this fantasy I thought about. Meaning, someone to come and fill my lonely space but some fantasies turn into real ones.
