Caffeine can stay in your system for several hours and make it harder to fall asleep. Second, establish a regular bedtime routine including winding down for 30 minutes before sleep. This means no electronics screens! Third, create a comfortable sleep environment by making sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool. fourth, avoid alcohol before bed. Physical Punishment
Children in my opinion should be punished with physical punishment because children of today are as stubborn as ever. They simply do not adhere to rules and conform to obedience. I have discovered from personal experience that it is when a child knows that they will be physically punished that they try to be on their best behavior. Even children know when to succumb or submit to their parents when there’s a consequence they must face following their action. Children can be told several times not to do something and will still do it, so far as there’s no physical punishment.

My Holiday Camp Faux Pas
