GG Allin: Shock Rock's Greatest Poop Slinger(?!)
Here I am taking a brief look at the life of notorious shock-rocker Kevin Michael "GG"/Jesus Christ Allin. You know, the guy who is known for cutting or beating himself up on stage, headbutting women in his audience, or throwing poop around, or drinking it, and stuff like that. THAT GG Allin. Even though I'm far from a super fan, I do know some people who talk about GG Allin a lot -- in fact, way too much (one person I know apparently even corresponded with him). So he has obviously had an impact on people, for better or worse.

JOHN TIMES TWO
I was first introduced to JOHN after they supported IDLES on their European tour, I then finally saw them live for the first time in Sheffield. They must've made a good impression because I then went on to see them a number of times supporting Heavy Lungs, supporting St Pierre Snake Invasion, and at two headline shows.

Christopher Cross 40th Anniversary Tour.
Born Christopher Charles Geppert hails from San Antonio, Texas; right out of the gate Cross was a commercial success. In 1979 he won 5 Grammy Awards for his eponymous debut album. Starting off musically, Cross was in a San Antonio based cover band called Flash before signing with Warner Brothers. Although known for his vocals, Christopher Cross was asked to play guitar with Steely Dan. A fun fact is that he once filled in for lead guitarist, Richie Blackmore of Deep Purple when Blackmore was to ill to go on stage in 1970.

My Killer Halloween Playlist
One of my favorite times of the year! Halloween is the time to be with the people you love, dress up and act a little crazy. I have a Halloween playlist that I listen to every year and I add songs to it if I hear one that deserves to be on it.

Pat Benatar/Neil Giraldo
Born in Brooklyn N.Y., Patricia Mae Andzejewski, of Polish and Catholic background moved to Long Island shortly after her birth. At 5 feet 0 Inches, Pat Benatar can belt out songs. As a trained operetta, and at 68 years old, Benatar is still a rock and roll force as she proved tonight at the bucolic Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, New Jersey.

Listen To Them...Children of the Night...
My friends. I am no stranger to the shadows. I don't concern myself with cramming all of the season's screamings into a single month. For me, every day is Halloween. From the most head-banger metal to the haunted woods of the ancient homelands on #FolkloreThursday, I stand in the darkened corner of music, literature, film, and television--when I can be bothered to be interested in anything that isn't Warhammer. I am a connoisseur of the weird tale, and the nightmare of the soul. Basically I'm a tortured artist with the heart of a Care Bear living with five cats.

The Albums That Made Me Want To Be In A Band. Top Story - September 2021.
I'm sure that most musicians say this, but I truly knew that music was something I had to do as a career pretty early on. I'm lucky to have grown up in a musical household, where I was continually encouraged to explore my creativity and find the path that suited me the best.
