With time, wear and tear, is the ultimate fate— even for an iron bolt. Note: The bolts support the pillars of a pier in the Pacific Ocean. Imagine the strength needed to hold up a structure, against the constant battering of mighty waves. The bolts do their job valiantly.

Seek ample nature time, it will dispel life's grime, leaving you feeling, sublime. Note: Nature is our earliest cradle, healer, and teacher. There’s no point in estranging ourselves from it. The peace found in nature's abundance is profound. So, let’s return to it— let’s spend more time in nature and feel better.

Swallows Nests
Gourd-shaped swallow mud nests, even these birds know— we thrive in community support. Note: These mud nests are made by cliff swallows, often under eaves or bridges. They build nests in colonies, and I’m sure it gives them more safety. Together, their noise and numbers help fend off predators and keep themselves safe.
