Having My First Iron Infusion: Before & After
Yours truly was feeling a bit run down and fatigued more often than soap removes dirt, quite literally. This is despite only working part-time, while having the gift of being a lady of leisure despite the tough economic challenges that we are all experiencing right now, as at the time of writing.

Managing Your Mental Health While Physically Unwell
My energy was that low. Goodness me, and nothing to be ashamed about; yet this article idea has been saved on my Vocal Media stories page for about a month now. If that tidbit does not hammer in the point that I have been as sick-as-a-dog (literally) out of the blue for the last few months, until a couple of weeks ago (as at the time of writing); then I don't know what will.

Life Lessons From Trump's 2nd Presidential Win
I get that there are some divided energies out there; yet on the whole the majority have spoken on the recent election of Donald J Trump into the White House. He is now officially the 47th President of the United States of America.

How To Improve Your Mental Health While Broke
There is no sugarcoating it. Even if you are mentally well, there are times where all of us confess to experiencing a bit of anxiety and/or depression in particular. According to the World Health Organization, both anxiety and depression has increased by 25% since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and understandably so. Our movements became restricted, and the way that we all lived, worked, and played suddenly changed almost as quickly as soap removes dirt.

Perth is Just Purrfect
There is a spirit of curiosity and adventure that comes with the gift of travel. I say this with a heavy heart, with the empathy that some people were unable to travel, and even to this day are not able to fully appreciate the gift of travel for a myriad of reasons.

Did We Manifest AI Due to Collective Human Attitudes on Work? . Top Story - April 2024.
Food for thought indeed. There is a mighty fine line between "AI is taking our jobs" as a downright conspiracy theory, to something that is true and proven in some (if not many) occupations; from cashiers to illustrators, and robotic surgery to name, let alone robot lawyers for real. Furthermore, this article is not designed to create more fear and uncertainty than what is already circulating in the cosmos, but rather to view AI and the world of work from a different perspective.

An Honest Review of Gabby Bernstein's 21-Day Manifesting Challenge
Gabrielle (Gabby) Bernstein is a New York Times bestseller, and ironically is a New York based motivational speaker and life coach. After the crazy and fatiguing moments that last year (2023, as at the time of writing) manifested in the end, combined with an unexpected health scare before Santa could make his way down the chimney; I seriously needed some more motivation to kick start a brand new year on the right note. The choose-again method in the program was also quite helpful.

Money Conversations To Have With Loved Ones: Part 1 of 2
No different to Scott Pape (The Barefoot Investor, now a financial counsellor) encouraging couples to sit down in a treat-like environment, and have a date night around money with wine, cheese, and even garlic bread (to name) to cheer you on. On this, when I refer to 'loved ones' - that can mean anyone, apart from your significant other. If you prefer to answer these thought-provoking money questions yourself in private, then that is fine too.

Taking The Unconventional Path. An Identity Rinse Out.
We've all been programmed (from when we were crawling, to being able to walk) to go to school, get good grades, go to College/University, and then get a comfortable, safe, secure, and high paying job. Oh, and get a mortgage, and get married, and have a dog with 2.5 kids. How is that plan working out for you, in all seriousness?

Why Silly Season is Becoming Less Silly
Each and every year (with rock solid certainty) towards the pointy end of the year (usually from Halloween onwards) we are in what is known as the Festive Season (aka. Silly Season). This season is obsessed with joy and happiness (sure), as well as burn out, unfairness, inconsistencies, and frivolity, to only name a few.
