Humor Through Sarcasm and Disparagement
What is disparagement humor? It is when you use humor to hide your deeply help prejudices against others. Disparagement humor is how some experts refer to the amusement generated through hurting a specific group of people through humor. Often the purveyors take pride in their “wit” and sarcasm. Often used by bullies and/or narcissists who like to counter after being called out with “What? Can’t you take a joke?” Sarcasm, often seen as “sharp or cutting wit” is a form of disparagement humor.

Spirituality Versus Religion
There is a popular (and arrogant idea) that there exists a distinction between two different modes of relating with the divine or the sacred: religion and spirituality. Religion describes the social, the public, and the organized means by which people relate to the sacred and the divine, while spirituality describes such relations when they occur in private, personally, and even in ways.

Don't Let Your Arrogance
We have all heard the story (and hopefully cracked the Bible open and actually read) about how Jesus fed the multitudes of people gathered to hear him speak with two fish and fives loaves of bread. When They Go Low, We Go High
I have discussed the concept of Free Will (which is Divinely given but ruled by ego) and Divine Will (which is for lack of a better term, the “god principle) which is in all of us many times in the past. We are all incarnated with both of these attributes, and our job/lesson is to learn to recognize when our ego (Free Will) is ruling our decisions or if we are following Divine Will (which is always the better choice).

Gaslighting the Divine
Whenever I see someone make the comment, “if there is a God, why does he let little children starve, or people suffer seemingly needlessly or a myriad of other comparisons and attempts to gaslight the Divine.

Understanding 3D, 4D and 5D Spiritual Dimensions
In the spiritual and metaphysical communities, the terms 3D, 4D and 5D are often bandied about with no real understanding of what they mean. In fact, 4D is often overlooked. These terms refer to spiritual dimensions, not the dimensions you read about in physics and the scientific world, although there are similarities. You must traverse these dimensions before ascension into a more spiritual being and to be unified again with Source. I will be discussing 3, 4D and 5D in more detail, hopefully helping you understand the process better.
