The Performance Paradox
Seeking feedback? Consider this: feedback is a crucial aspect of the performance evaluation process, yet it is inherently fraught with bias and shaped heavily by the circumstances under which it is delivered and who it is delivered by. While feedback can motivate employees, clarify expectations, and drive growth, it must be understood that the process is far from objective.

THE FADING ECHOES OF ZAFAR
In the graphic vale of Kashmir, where the mountains wore a cloak of snow and the gutters sang songs of eternal beauty, a youthful boy named Zafar lived with dreams bigger than the towering peaks around him. He grew up in an antique vill, girdled by the warmth of his family and the bite of a worried land. Zafar became the youthful of four siblings and the apple of his mama βs eye. Hideous, knife at my throat!. Top Story - November 2024.
The Knife at My Throat certainly deserves Dishonourable Mention status! Despite my instant misgivings, I stiffened my spine and bravely pressed on past the daunting title! You may be unaware of the extent of my loathing of Horror, in any shape, form, lengthβ¦ itβs way too much for my already overactive imagination!

Angieβs Artefacts againβ¦
Spring is almost done as I head out into the red centre of Australia for a wander amongst Kata TjuαΉ―aβs thirty-six massive burnt orange rock domes. Setting out just after sunrise, I aim to avoid an afternoon thunderstorm and downpour. However, feet shod in sturdy hiking boots, Iβm well prepared for inclement weather and slippery rocks. I keep my eyes peeled for any interesting specimens the recent rains might have exposed.

The Art Of Getting Read On Vocal
Introduction Someone once told me that my work on Vocal was not successful because I was not a good writer (certainly not as good as the serial Top Story collectors) but if that were true then people would not read my work, for instance, you would not be reading this.
