AI Jobocalypse
Artificial intelligence has sparked intense debate about the future of human employment. While headlines warn of mass job displacement and corporate leaders predict shrinking workforces, the reality is far more nuanced. AI isn't simply replacing workers - it's fundamentally transforming how we work, what we do, and the skills we need to succeed.

Sound and Vision
I'm surprised that I did not think of this sooner... I am at home during a very hot Tuesday, sitting in my kitchen in front of this screen with a plan to go for a short walk after the leftovers I have had for dinner. I am waiting on money in the mail (snail, unfortunately), and having vague thoughts about which dumpster I would choose if I do get kicked out of my apartment and have to suffer another humiliation. The job hunt continues, with one application sent to a school that I applied to years before, had an interview with, and then found myself rejected from because the teacher I was supposed to replace decided not to retire.

Todd Kassal of Illinois: Bringing Quantum Intelligence to CK RubberTrack’s Manufacturing Success

Falling In Love With A Sociopath
Ever since I was a little girl, books were my safe place. I’d dive into stories like Junie B Jones, Are you there God? It's me. Margaret, even a few of the goosebump collection. I dont know why I loved reading but I did. Maybe as an escape. Maybe because all the elders around me kept giving me books. They loved to see me read. I began journaling as a young girl as well. It was my release, sharing my truth with the pages of my diary. I even wrote a poem in elementary school that ended up getting published called "The Sun". And now I’ve turned my creativity and passion into something tangible with my debut novel, Falling in Love with a Sociopath. I want to continue to scale this story and continue to write, creating scripts as well.

The Etsy Shop That Started With a Breakup
When Daniel walked out of our apartment, he left with only a suitcase, a half-used bottle of cologne, and my sense of direction. We’d been together for nearly six years, the kind of relationship that had grown roots deep into every corner of my life—shared Spotify playlists, matching towels, joint savings, holiday traditions, even a name reserved for our future dog.

5 Books That Broke Me in 2025 (And Put Me Back Together)
The Year Books Found Me When I Needed Them Most Some years break you. 2025 was one of those for me. Not in a loud, dramatic way. More in the slow, silent unraveling that no one notices until you’re too tired to fake a smile. Relationships shifted. Dreams quietly collapsed. I felt adrift in the world I had spent years trying to build.
