“We will need you and your wife to come in to the office and sign those forms in front of us.” Those were the dreaded words I heard this past week as I spoke to the customer relationship manager at the investment firm where we’ve set up my younger son’s securities account. When I asked what hours they were open, the answer was Monday-Friday from 9-5.
