They get up every morning dreading the thought of going into that place one more time. They feel like they have been skipped over for promotions, looked down on because of their perceived low position in the company, and stuck where they are until something better comes along.

I work for Gay Star News—we're an online news and information site that focuses on the LGBTQ community around the world. We achieve big things, but we're only a small team—essentially it's 21 people who make everything happen. Of those 21, 18 are based in our office in London and three work remotely (New York, Los Angeles, and Sydney).

My Adventures as a Pizza Delivery Driver
There is no worse time, weather-wise, as when it is raining, storming, thundering, lightning, hailing, and the wind blowing furiously outside to be delivering pizzas. Pizza Delivery Drivers are like the Post Man, we go in all kinds of weather, except I do not go in the snow or any kind of bad road situations that may arise in the winter months of the year due to inclement weather. Here is another scenario of getting to know your local part of town.
