The Importance of Brushing Your Dog
"Grooming" is an instinctive behaviour that all animals have. Simply defined, it is the mechanism to keep oneself clean and free from parasites and sickness. This can range in behaviours from licking, wiping, scratching, bathing, to more human behaviours such as brushing hair, shaving, nail clipping, and skin care. For dogs, they can take care of the basics, such as licking their fur to keep it clean and wearing down their nails (claws) by being active outdoors.

Six Reasons Why Mexico's Riviera Maya Should Be Your Next Diving Destination
1. Go to a museum... underwater! That's right, the world famous MUSA in Cancun contains over 500 life size permanent sculptures designed and created by British artist Jason deCaires Taylor. This is a truly once in a lifetime experience; I mean, where else can you find a real size VW beetle while ten metres underwater? There are also small houses, replica grenades, groups of people and the always popular 'bankers'; men with briefcases, calculators and their heads in the sand. The museum is made from marine friendly materials designed specifically to attract fish and other sea life to the site.

Reflection on Self-Esteem
Most women (and girls) have found themselves trapped in a negative mindset, criticizing their imperfections, the flawed put on a spotlight, or have even made a thoughtless remark about someone else. Carving out more reason to distrust the good and the beautiful still there in the mirror. This is where to seek mindfulness, learn to push past that negative voice, and accept the beautifully imperfect and love the soul beneath! Cherishing it slowly and with time, heal the misconception that only outward beauty determines respect and esteem.

Antonio Conte Set for the Sack or Contract Extension?
Recently, Antonio Conte has been under some scrutiny after Chelsea have had some poor performances, and this can been accompanied with some very poor results. This was capped off with a second half collapse against Bournemouth, which led to a 3-0 home defeat to AFC Bournemouth on Wednesday. This included three goals in sixteen second half minutes, including former Blue, Nathan Ake, scoring the third. Ake had left the club in the summer for around 20 million pounds.

Awesome Lifehacks for Household Tools
We have so many everyday household items laying around the house and are used for their specific duty. How nail filers are meant to just buff out nails, a hair clip for putting hair up, a bar of soap for cleanliness, and many more. But did you know all of those little items can do much more than what we really use them for? No one said that something is meant to be used for what they're designed to do!

I'm Quitting Homeschooling My Kids. There, I Said It.
I'm sitting here tonight while my four kids play with Legos and chat about our new goat, Moonpie, who is coming to live with us in two days. There's an occasional shriek as one kid snatches a block from another or accidentally knocks a tower over but more often there are shrieks of laughter. These kids are my whole world. I absolutely love them and work so hard to give them all the best. But right now, homeschooling isn't part of "the best".

Elegy for My Grandmother
And love is bread baskets left in the sun. The bread turned hard. As stone. And men who walk past windows. The same men whom I see at night. Back when wall reliefs sprouted on flat chests. All the girls would stare out windows sit on porches with short skirts and legs spread. Wide. Licking fuzzy navel shaved ice off fingers. That later motioned at men to come near. On the porch you were safe from gazes filled high like towers. There was nowhere to prepare for men. But then again, there are no back porches in Georgia. What of men? She says. Of men who march of men who live in sheets. What of rooms where babies are made, are they holy? Do they shine like rain in silver pails rain that makes your hair grow? Standing next to the genip tree I see a dress that picks at the wind. It is yellow and muddled with dishwasher spots.

In Search of the Northern Lights
My search for the Northern Lights began back in 2014, I had seen thousands of photos in books and online, and of course, I’d watched The Snowman… duh. One of my best friends once told me that he planned on proposing to the girl of his dreams in view of the northern lights in Greenland. How romantic is that? What a beautiful and spectacular notion. Surely something magical that the both of them will always remember! I decided I must see this wonderful natural phenomenon for myself.

What Not to Ask People Who Are Polyamorous
Hi, I'm Ayshen and I am in a polyamorous relationship with my girlfriend and boyfriend. Honestly, we are lucky to live in a small city that is completely open to alternative relationships and accepting of all people, so coming out on social media and to friends and family wasn't too daunting.
