corruption
A prime locale to talk bribery, suspect campaign funding, and all other instances of political corruption. The shadier, the better.
In Propaganda We Trust: America's Terrifying Propaganda Affair
So many of us are products of the American education system, and all remember what it was like to sit in English class, often not having a clue as to the big picture reasons behind why we were reading such things like Michael Steinbeck's

The Failure Of Leadership
The dystopian condition that much of the world today the plight of humanity continues to languish in desperation praying for better times ahead. And it can't be more evident than right here in the United States. While the media continues to focus on the immediate troubles of Trump and his Russian ties lies a juggernaut of calamity ready to pounce on an unsuspecting public. The untold carnage that the Republicans and the Trump Administration are getting away with will decimate the entire foundation of America. The main stream media is playing right into the hands of these infamous Republicans. The greed and selfishness of too many of our elected officials have categorically dismantled the basic rights of mankind.

Justice is Color Blind
You know, I sit back emotionally drained as I watch the tolerance level for injustice, racism, police brutality and hate rise to an astounding level. The images of Black men and women laying in pools of blood in situations where you would expect them to live through situations like selling CDs or being a legal gun owner who informs an officer that you are a legal gun owner, or even walking home with a bag of skittles.

Racial Prejudice in America. Top Story - July 2017.
Racial prejudice is defined as an irrational suspicion or hatred of a particular group, race, or religion that typically arises from race-based stereotypes (Nittle). The media has played a major role in distorting the images of many races with stereotypes that have made society come to believe they are all true and apply to everyone in the race. Vincent Parrillo’s “Causes of Prejudice” indicates that prejudice is not from a single cause but from psychology and sociology. He explains that people become hostile towards others when they feel their security is being threatened (Colombo). This essay will present a few images from the media that demonstrate the pervasiveness of inequality. These images prove that America is far from having equality among all races. Self-justification involves denigrating a person or a group to justify maltreatment of them.

Dear Theresa... The 7 Demands of the UK People
Your awkward Montgomery Burns-like hunch suggests a lifetime of sadness which has left you looking down into the abyss of dark ethical choices. Your voting record in the UK parliament contradicts the person that you claim to be. If we travel back fifteen years then you’re voting against human equality, yet now you claim to be a reliable bastion of ethical and moral conviction. Where was that conviction the day after Grenfell? Mothers burnt to death with their children in arms and your moral authority falls away when you cannot look the survivors in the eye, or even show them support. Instead, whilst you are a leader, the community had to help support each other in a beautiful display of anarchic love. Where was their leader? She was sneaking out the backdoor in an effort to avoid the existence of these poor people once again.

Imperialism in the Modern Age
In recent years the overt undertaking of wars and attacks to undermine states and expand a nation's power and influence had become all the more obvious. We could argue that the deliberate expansion of a nation's power and seizing of resources has never really been off the agenda since colonialism. The cold war and domino theory prove that the larger powers, such as the US, cannot accept another nation adopting an ideology that counters their own. Vietnam is one major example that demonstrates this point.

Dear Theresa
You may have heard of me or you may not have, but I don't have any qualifications of any sort of politics. I do have to say that I know for certain you need to quit whilst you're ahead, because at the end of the day I know I'm watching every move you make and then BOOM! I'm on the good old iPad with blogs coming out left right and centre; ideas here and there, oh what's that? You've been thrown into the mix as well; into my magic cauldron of horrible politicians who can't get their facts right, or keep their word, changing what they want during the election in the Queen's speech.

The Failure of Capitalism
Capitalism, many say, is responsible for the advancement of the human race into a computerized age; where the poor are fed, the masses see an advancement of opportunities, democracy prevails and industries boom. On the other hand, capitalism has been responsible for some of the worst atrocities committed by mankind in the entirety of its history; the slave trade (past and present), genocide of many indigenous groups, the suppression of the proletariat and let's not forget that the rhetoric used to condone The Holocaust was largely based on economics.

Media Influence in Elections
In elections, voters are swayed by many types of media. The perceptions of each candidate are the product of how the media portrays them. Often animals are used as a tool to earn the trust of the party or distrust depending on the story created by the media. News reports and other propaganda dictate voters using the power of a good story. For instance, Fox News will lean toward a Republican president; CNN News will lean toward a Democrat. This includes liberal and conservative views as well. The news broadcasted is biased according to the major sponsors and the intended viewers. In a way, the candidate you vote for is chosen by the news you watch. Voters depend on a nonbiased view from the news broadcasts but this is far from honest. Multinational conglomerates own or sponsor your news media and, in turn, decide which candidate you view favorably. Madison, in Federalist Paper No. 49 argues that regular mass appeals would not serve the national interest because they would cause “the passions… not the reason, of the public [to] sit in judgment.”

The Camerons Are Way Up Themselves!
Excuse me David Cameron how can it possibly be "SICK" that nurses and doctors want higher wages? You've never known what hard work is in your life. I had huge respect for you and your family when you lost your son due to his condition; but now I don't feel anything for you or your family whatsoever, due to the comments you and your wife have been making.

We Are Living In Scary Times!!
Well, here we are. Well into the new millennium. Y2K didn't destroy us all and the second coming has been canceled due to invalidity. But if there is a good and evil it does not seem to discriminate on Party lines. But our incomprehensible Commander and Chief is so ridiculous, is such an awful person and compulsive liar. How is it that the most important job in our country is held by such a man AND we don't get to hold him accountable. All the PROVEN lies and the hate attacks to so many people. There should be a code of ethics and morality and decency that comes with that position. Donald J. Trump is making a mockery of this High Office and has no sympathy for his own people. The other countries are laughing at us because this buffoon was SELECTED into office (not elected). Americans spent a billion dollar on campaign contributions to two Clowns making a fool of themselves in front of the world. We are a laughing stock of the world for the RIDICULOUS display of politics that we have put on. I as an intelligent American am appalled by it and am ashamed for our country and the real heart of America, its people. The worst thing about it for me is that after all they money and the big disgusting circus we had to endure our vote didn't even count! Clinton won by over 3 million votes? What's the point of having an election if the "Electoral College" gets to choose who the President is??? I will bet there are some Americans who don't even know what the Electoral College is. Well here it is in a nutshell...

On Why Democrats are the Greater Problem for Progressives
The virtually identical governance structures within our duopoly, i.e., the Democratic and Republican parties, pose virtually identical civic dangers. The results of their policies are virtually indistinguishable notwithstanding their differing rhetoric and propaganda which fools the gullible into thinking otherwise. That is especially true given the collusion of the mainstream “disinformation” media. Their main difference is that one is hypocritical and cynical while the other is just blatantly wrong; very, very wrong, at least from a progressive perspective. It brings to mind the defense of a politician accused of wrong doing arguing that she was not corrupt, merely inept; in either case, of course, that’s hardly a solace to the people affected (see, e.g., the campaigns and administrations of Bill and Hillary Clinton, George W. Bush, Barrack Obama and most recently, Donald J. Trump).wrong doing arguing that she was not corrupt, merely inept; in either case, of course, that’s hardly a solace to the people affected (see, e.g., the campaigns and administrations of Bill and Hillary Clinton, George W.
