The Mirror
Dear Mom, This is supposed to be a confession, but it is also to be written in the form of a letter, so there are certain rules that I need to follow. Usually, I begin all of my letters to you discussing my state of mind, and then I fill in the heart of it with what I have done with my life since my last letter (or, more often, phone call). And each time it happened, she didn’t hurt the teacher, because she was a good girl, and knew hurting people was wrong.

Cleanse the soul and exchange the weight. Slowly remember the ties that bind. Warning to folks that still connect in present, hoping they do their part to reignite our resemblance.

Depression can take away your ability to enjoy the beauty of life, it feels like a dark cloud follows you every where you go, you have no desire to do fun and productive things. When dealing with the weight of depression you would rather be isolated and not be around people who are in such a good mood.
