Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; The storm after the storm.
The Sewing Box
The box had been there for years — untouched, unspoken, and always in the same corner of Nana’s old attic. Covered in lace that had long since yellowed, it waited like a quiet witness. When Nana passed away that winter, I returned home after seven years to settle her affairs — not entirely ready for what I would find.

Targeted
We proceeded to my office for our session, and she immediately noticed the new art on my wall. Over the years, I've created numerous abstract pieces of trauma art that represent the work I do with my clients, and I like to hang them on my walls for inspiration.

She Grew Anyway - part 1
This story started in 1985 in a village in India where suicides were common in those days. Young men and women, facing challenges and difficulties in life used to die by consuming pesticides which are used to protect fields from pests. This story also shows how untreated generational trauma affects lives of children in those families for decades together and even to till date. This is the story of a girl baby who lost her mother to suicide when she was only a year old and left by her dad. The story of survival, rejection, resilience and a divine protection. The girl's name is Priscilla and her mother's name is Shushan

Never in my life had I imagined a day where I could wake up, stretching my arms to the sky as the goose bumps danced along my skin....without that feeling. That deep rooted anguish that floods in after that painfully short second of nothingness. That second when you wake up and for a moment you are unaware of the pain. A second of mercy before reality sets in, overpowered by that pit in your stomach and that growing hole in your chest.

Psychology of Fight or Flight. Content Warning.
I was getting ready to record a paranormal podcast. Upon speaking with my spirit friends, I found this and decided to re-write and edit this prose story. We spoke about the bullies in DC and everywhere. We agreed this should be re-written, created, and published. 2025, a year of bullies, hate, greed, craziness, destruction, and genocide. Other than that, I am eating lollipops and singing in the rain in Southern California.
