Inside My Natural Brain
He asked if I’d ever been evaluated for ADHD. I think I literally laughed at him. It was absurd. I’d been an exceedingly good student. I could focus so tightly on things it was hard to get my attention away. There were never any discipline problems or anything like that. Putting Myself First in 2022
2021 is drawing to a close soon and a new year will begin. We’ve been through so much, especially for almost the last couple of years. You’ve probably been asked at least once what your goals are for the new year. According to an article from Statista Research Department published in May 2021, about 50% of Americans said that they wanted to lose weight or exercise. 24 Hours Inside the Life of a Homeless Alcoholic
I spent three years homeless because of my alcohol addiction. Sometimes, when I could afford to, I lived out of motel rooms. The majority of the time I lived out of my car. I learned a lot during that time. I met so many people who were in similar circumstances and heard their stories.
