Crisis Communication and Emergency Hypnosis Advice from A Hypno Dom
When someone is the victim of physical trauma such as a car crash, an act of violence, an accident, or disaster, or witnessing traumatic actions in riots, that person is existing in a highly focused, absorbed and emotional trance state. How that person is thinking is not going to be logical as they enter into survival mode. A person will respond to direct literal statements but may be unable to consciously process everything if their emotional intensity is too high. It takes training, support, and consistent feedback to operate under extreme stress, and those who do well have practiced several plans. Those who do well know how to access a situation and can work with what they have. This article will post basic principals to keep in mind that trained professionals from the dungeon to the solider get drilled on.

How Empaths and Hypersensitives Can Prevent Mental Breakdowns
Being an empath isn’t unique, but it seems we’re few and far between being surrounded by people who are taught to suppress their true feelings. We treasure the freedom of sensing the truth, listening to our intuition, and just knowing. It’s really awesome, but depending on our personality, this ability can become a burden leading to a mental breakdown and worse.

How to End It
1. First thing first, why did you click on this link? - What parts of yourself lead you to believe you don’t have the right to be here anymore? Is it your sensitivity, your forgiveness with the wrong people, or your ability to always see the good in people? Or is it your bitterness, and your apparent inability to forgive yourself for getting hurt again? Well, now’s the time to forgive yourself, you aren’t going to get anything more out of beating yourself up about it. Take some time to really think about this question. Write down your answer on a piece of paper. Explain how it explicitly means you no longer have a place here with us. It has to be at least a page, which should be no problem since it's so bad that you don't deserve to see things get better.

Covid-19 and Anxiety
Have you noticed your anxiety increasing as each news clip brings the Covid-19 virus closer to home? I have but I have a problem already with anxiety. I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder which according to the ADAA (Anxiety and Depression Association of America) affects about 40% of the American population. In the last two weeks or so, I have been feeling more uneasy and nervous.

Toxic People Can Be as Bad as Cancer and It Has got to Go!
“Smile and the world smiles with you if you frown you frown alone” a simple saying that I was told my whole life. I had no clue what this saying truly meant when I was a freshman writing it on the board for the quote of the day because the teacher had forgotten to write a quote yet I felt the board needed her daily quote and since I wasn’t particularly smart that was the only thing I could come up with. It was a saying my mom would say to me when I would walk around the house saying, “I’m bored” and whine and cry because I wanted something to do. Not so different than I do now, meaning I still have ADHD and bipolar disorder and I still get really bored and whine and cry about it, only I am a grown up now. Today someone told me the same quote as I laughed about the fact that my smile is authentic, and I often keep a smile on my face these days even when facing depression.

I'm Coliving with Social Anxiety
Coliving spaces are becoming massively popular in big cities. Companies like Common and Podshare have become massively successful by providing a shareable space to students, nomads, or low-income people. My journey with coliving started when I decided to move to NYC.
