If you can gift yourself only one thing this year, Write a note
At my worst moments, I often find myself stuck in a whirlpool of negativity. It feels like a maze that I can’t escape. I find myself struggling, searching for a hand, ladder, rope, something that would help me get out.

U, Me and Freedom.
The greatest lie in history is believing that freedom isn't free...it is and always will be. However, dealing with others, Covid-19, stress and a new world of human online interaction can feel like a prison that strips you from your freedom. Even if you do not feel the pressure of lost freedom, every day occurrences, relationships and even children can be a challenge to your freedom. So, to be able to concentrate on something, we need it broken down into nice manageable pieces. And this is fundamentally what being a copywriter is all about: taking something complicated and translating it into the simple terms we can.

I've lost count of the amount of different psychologists I've seen, but out of all of them, I've only found one who works well for me.
