Haters/Social Media/Press/Exes: Look What You Made Me Do
Dear Haters/Social Media/Press/Exes I really don't like your little games because they ruin my life; hackers, all the lies and attempts to get control over people even when you're not around them anymore. Don't act like you're on a tilted stage because you can't get what you want; the role that you made me play, making me out as the fool and a bad person. This is why I don't like you and I don't like your perfect crime. The way you laughed as you lied about everything, especially when you say who you really are but actually it's not true; it isn't cool and I do not like you one single bit.

True Evil Is, Above All, Seductive
It slithers. Slipping into your room in the night while your eyes remain closed and your breathing is at a steady rhythm. While a collection of rapid images flutter beyond closed eyelids, ones made to either bring joy or adventure, Its cold fingers pinch at the fabric of your sheets. Its blazing breath, rancid and foul, coats along your skin until seeping into your pours. Before you know it, you've absorbed It, and you do not understand the true terror that ensues once you open your eyes.

The Road to Recovery
I don't know if this road is a road less traveled, or a road walked on by many, but I do know that this road will take me to a beautiful place, and the journey, just as wonderful. I am 22 years old, and I am 70 days clean from all mind altering substances. 5 years ago, I found methamphetamine, a demon of a drug, a crystal shard recipe for disaster. I remember the day I held a hot flame under that glass bowl, and inhaled my first breathe of the insidious, black hole of a life that I lived for so long. I thought that I had found true euphoria. I thought that for the first time, I had clarity and peace of mind. Really, I had found my master, and I was now it's slave.

Please Stop Saying Everyone Is a Little ADD
As I was sitting on the bus coming back from the gym yesterday, I overheard a conversation about this topic. How people think they have anxiety and other mental health issues because they had a bad day and feel stressed while at the same time, when asked whether or not they have been diagnosed. When people do that, it truthfully does absolutely nothing other than make you look uneducated regarding a serious medical condition. How many times have you heard people say things such as 'everyone is a little ADHD' or 'I know what it’s like to have anxiety' and 'I had a really stressful week' and so on. Statements such as these and other statements that are along the same lines, do absolutely nothing, other than take away from the seriousness of the various things someone diagnosed with a mental health issue goes through on a daily basis.
