Growing Your Own Cannabis—It Won't Make Money, but It Will Make Sense
Hope everyone is feeling high and hopeful out there in Cannatopia, because I know I am. I know in my last entry I basically gave you a breakdown of how long cannabis has been in my life and briefly touched on how I came to be a grower’s wife… weed widow… I prefer marijuana mistress… I don’t mind sharing my husband with those lovely ladies, but don’t start tripping. I won’t share him with anyone else, hahaha, he is all mine. Speaking of my honey, FYI, he just came in from the garden and he smells so good. He smells of a nice mix of fruity piney dank funk. It is a smell that only a cannabis lover could appreciate. One of the perks of being a marijuana mistress is that you do not mind her perfume when he comes home smelling like the other ladies. It is the only time I will smell anybody’s fingers. Yes, I went there and I know some of you laughed and have done it to someone else right after you have gotten terps on your fingers from fondling a big beautiful nug.

Cannabis: The Miracle Plant
CBD or Cannabidiol is made from high-CBD, low-THC hemp; it's unlike medical marijuana products, which usually have a high concentration of psychoactive tetrahydrocannabinol or THC. Although CBD may not make you "trippy," it's beneficial for the human body in other ways and is drastically more helpful than many of today's harsh, addiction fueling over the counter pills. A huge reason why CBD bonds so well with the body is because our bodies are already equipped with cannabis receptors.

How To Grow Weed In Your Garden
As a pothead who has friends who are hippies, I know quite a bit about cannabis horticulture. Most of the time, the friends of mine who have grown marijuana did so by keeping a little plant in their closet while giving it light via a lamp.

How to Tell if Your Weed is Laced (Before You Smoke it)
There are many risks that come with indulging in marijuana if it's illegal in your neighborhood. The risk of being arrested is a given, as is the risk of potentially losing your job over it. However life-altering these risks may be, they pale in comparison to what can happen if you smoke a joint of laced weed.

Interview with Cannabis Cultivator and Chemist Edward Rupert
Despite having worked in the marijuana industry decades before it was fashionable (or partially domestically legal), you would be hard pressed to find an individual more antithetical to the old-school stoner stereotype than California chemist Edward Rupert.
