Two Hearts

by Sam Harty

By ᔕᗩᗰ ᕼᗩᖇTYPublished about a year ago 1 min read

Once there lived

two hearts.

One pristine,

unknowingly fragile.

The other ragtag broken

from numerous battles.

Both beat at the same pace,

through the same rat race.

One says to the other

"be careful, watch out"

but the pristine heart

has no idea what the

broken heart is

talking about.
