New Year New You?
The definition of a resolution is a firm commitment to do something or not do something -- therefore, with New Year's officially being today, I wanted to know what are your thoughts on New Year's resolutions? I'll share my views on them -- for starters, I do not think they are stupid. I actually love goal setting and also realizations of awareness when something doesn't serve you anymore, to stop doing it. However, I do believe that these things don't have to wait until a whole new calendar year comes around to begin action. For example, if it's September 6 and I realize that eating unhealthy is causing me to gain weight and is just overall not good, why wait until January 1st of the next year to take action?

No drinking for me and the hubby today or tonight. Before recovery and then since I have been in recovery, I have heard many people say, we are staying in tonight as it is amateur night.
