the stars hold a secret
the trees tell a tale
the heart of the earth beats
protected by the vale
the universe steeped in wisdom
with power over the sky
the clouds mask the vision
of the all seeing eye
we gaze in wild wonder
a majesty that astounds
as nature casts shadows
of glory across the ground
an unsettling feeling
a sense of restlessness grows
as each new day is revealing
sights that have never been shown
the wind calls a warning
as the birds all take flight
for the day that is coming
is hiding still in the night
